Nice resort with lots of activities and descent food
This is a great resort for a week of vacation. They have lots of activities such as bowling, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, gym, lazy river to keep you busy. Multiple restaurants for different tastes. Beach is fine but small and rocky with turquoise water. Overall a good resort which can improve further. Good - Many activities you will not find in other resorts. Many restaurant options to choose from. Big pool, decent beach, good variety of drinks. Descent service. Dinner in snapper, dinner in la locanda, Martha’s market. Cleanliness is good. Entertainment was good, they had good music, dance and magic shows. Daily listing of things at front. Good cocktails. Ok - Beach is rocky and small, so don’t forget water shoes. Most other food option were ok. Can improve - Oceanview room there is no ocean view from room. It’s just from one corner of balcony (pic) Overall service where staff need constant reminders for anything. Restaurants wait list process where they randomly wrote room number on paper, where 20 min wait took 2hrs. Restaurant menu where 4 dishes were listed but only 2 were available. Some listed item not added to dishes e.g. no paneer in paneer veg korma. No bananas, no guacamole where listed. Extremely slow internet at 2mbps (pic). I will give benefit of doubt because of hurricane. They did improve a bit to 8mbps later for firetv to work. Tips I didn’t find anywhere else: Tennis rackets and ball’s are available Fire tv HDMI and USB ports on TV available (pic) Water shoes for Rocky beach 3pin plug available (pic) Safe can be opened using room key (pic) Hotel will ask you to wear hotel key on wrist tightly for 7 days but we chose to have it like a bracelet that will not be lost in pool but can be removed

Thumbs down so far!!!!
It’s day 2 of 12 here today and I’m a bit iffy so far… our family has 6 rooms. My daughter’s room had a rainfall type leak early in the morning of their first day and the issue remains unresolved so far. My room lost its AC last evening and we are hoping they fix it before our sleep tonight and our room was still unserviced today at 5 pm…. I know it’s a busy time and we are trying to give them as much leeway as possible but the rooms cost a HUGE premium precisely to avoid such issues… they may bring us around… we’ll see!!! We have 10 more days here still!! Cheers!

Not even close to a 5 star experience!
Unfortunately, this hotel still has significant improvements to make before it can truly be considered a five-star property. We experienced several issues at check-in that should have been easily resolved, yet they remained ongoing and unresolved. The management is rude and unhelpful. While the resort itself is beautiful and has potential, along with the staff are warm and welcoming, shortcomings in management detracted from the overall experience. Attention is needed to the rooms as many have issues, including major mold problems, restaurants and food is not comparable to other five star resorts, and overall management of the property needs to be looked at. We never heard back from management several times, after days of consistent follow up. As guests, we expected — and paid for — a higher level of service and organization at a five star level as advertised, though that was not what was delivered or experienced. We’re quite disappointed considering the experience we’ve had previously with the H10 line of resorts, this one has by far been the worst! Hoping management at some point takes complaints seriously and strives to improve customer experience.

DO NOT BOOK THE FREE TRANSFER SHUTTLE
DO NOT BOOK THE FREE TRANSFER! The hotel itself is okay. We stayed on the Eden side in 2022 and 2023 with no major complaints. However, this most recent stay (11/24/25–11/28/25) was very disappointing. We traveled as a family of 8, and despite the resort having very low occupancy, check-in took an extremely long time—even with Privilege access. The resort was basically empty, yet we did not get into our rooms until around 5–6 PM, which was unacceptable. Another major issue was the lack of communication regarding restaurant availability. Since the resort has limited dining options, it’s very important to know that some restaurants are ONLY open on certain days. This information was not communicated in advance, making it difficult to plan meals. Instead of updating the app, we were expected to walk to the lobby every day to get a printed schedule—very inconvenient. The biggest issue, and the reason for this review, was the “free” shuttle service. We booked our return airport transfer through the lobby service (Turissimo). On the day of departure, the driver never showed up. We were forced to pay out of pocket for a private driver at 5:00 AM to avoid missing our flight. There were no apologies, no accountability, and no refund from the hotel. Gym-every piece of cardio equipment was broken. What a bummer Because of this experience alone, I’m honestly not sure if we will ever return

Ocean coral spring
Absolutely fabulous resort. Best I’ve ever been to and can’t wait to return. Food was supreme and the staff made the trip. They were flawless! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
