Good resort with good pool and beach access. Turks is very expensive so the costs will definitely sneak up on you regardless of where you stay. 99% of Staff attentive and helpful and friendly

60th Birthday trip
We visited T&C for the first time and stayed at the West Bay Club. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly, the pool is great and beach is beautiful. While not exceptional, the breakfast buffet was large and had many choices. We ate at the restaurant once and while the menu is a bit limited, it was very good. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily. The only thing I would mention is that there aren't that many places you can walk to, other than the Pink Bar next door and the Marine restaurant across the street, which was totally booked while we were there. so we had to take a cab anytime we wanted to go some place. For more adventurous people, you can bike into town, but my wife wasn't up for that, and TBH, I was pretty sweaty by the time I got there. Noise wide, it was quiet, but we did get awoken by nearby roosters each morning, but I suspect that would have been the case elsewhere as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend. Our timing was perfect given the deep freeze we left in Ohio.

West Bay Club Beautiful location and excellent amenities. The pool staff, housekeeping, and technical support were outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk—specifically Lloydeka—significantly detracted from my stay. Nearly an hour after check-in, my companion and I were still waiting for our condo while I observed multiple couples being escorted to their rooms ahead of us. When I calmly raised this with Lloydeka, she appeared irritated before arranging for another staff member to assist us. Throughout the remainder of my stay, service from her felt inconsistent and dismissive, with delays in assistance and a noticeable difference in warmth compared to couples. On departure, I observed a couple leaving at the same time receive a warm farewell and invitation to return, while my interaction was cold and transactional—confirming this was not simply perception. To be fair, I emailed management privately after my stay and received no response, which is why I am sharing this feedback publicly. It’s unfortunate that one experience overshadowed an otherwise excellent property, especially since the rest of the staff was wonderful.

Excellent, relaxing trip to west bay club. Very spacious and clean rooms. Attentive staff who will bring you anything you want. Beautiful clear water and nearby reef. Snorkels, paddle boards, sailboats free to use. Restaurant small but tasty. Beach side service very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay on this quiet part of grace bay.

Excellent Return Trip
This was our second visit to West Bay Club, and we had a great experience from beginning to end. Our room was clean, ready and functioned great all week. The staff is so friendly - with special mention to Nathaniel and Robert out on the beach. Irene at the beach restaurant is terrific and makes a killer mango smoothly. We will be back!
