    Christmas in Cancun

    The location is great, the views over the sea are really nice, sitting in the lobby bar was really nice in the evening and staff are helpful. however , it took a long time to check in , the hotel rooms are a bit tired and could use updating, the first room we were in was next to old noisy generator, we were moved when asked. The pace of things happening such as getting water and towels for the room was slow. Minor missing items from the restaurant such as spoons, cups and bowls became annoying and the restaurants became busy with lines and there were limited vegetarian options. It would have been really nice if there was a beach bar or an outside Jacuzzi

    Nice experience

    The resort is small and cozy and perfect for a relaxing vacation, and it felt so tropical. The beach and ocean are beautiful and the water was so clear! Thank you to José, who works in guest service, for checking up on us and making sure we had the best experience! We felt very welcomed by him and he was very kind.

    Trip worthy

    I had lots of doubts before I booked my very first trip with this resort company after I purchased the membership 3 years ago. It turned our supricingly nice. Will book my next trip with them again!

    Enjoyable stay

    Affordable stay. Property is old and that is visible here and there. But, service and options are good. Location is awesome. Overall enjoyable.
