Jan 01, 2026The rooms and bathrooms could be a lot cleaner specially bed sheets. Cleaning services too late during the day.
The food was fine but the waiting lines take too much. The waiting list to make a reservation for dinner is not a good idea.

Dec 31, 2025Beautiful hotel and beautiful people
I came with 4 of my siblings and their spouses. We had a very wonderful holiday! A more multicultural food variety would have been nice. The buffet was so much better than the Italian and Mexican restaurants. Those restaurants need to step it up. But overall this hotel was a 5 star feeling just because of its location and design.

The location for this hotel was great. The beach and Caribbean Sea beautiful. There are 3 good pools, including an adult pool with swim up bar and sun beds were available in most areas. In the main restaurant there were always plenty of options, hot or cold but the layout could make it tricky to access areas when busy. The rooms need an update! Dated looking with an open sink area near the beds, privacy wall would be good. The air con was noisy so we switched it off at night but unfortunately our room on the back of the hotel suffer from loud mechanical noises from huge air con units on the ground units on the ground floor. Nothing could block that out so sleep did not come easily. Our concierge was very warm and friendly on day 1 but as we did not wish to attend the timeshare demo that they were selling hard he never interacted with us again. On a positive note the rest of the staff in the bars and restaurants were great, They work very hard and always raise a smile for the guests.

Family Christmas Trip
This place was fantastic - clean and nice, beautiful beach, fun and accommodating staff. Service was excellent and it is clear that everybody works hard to keep the place running smoothly. Easy-going, laid-back vibes, good WIFI, great views, entertainment staff are fun and engaging. Rooms need a refresh, but are clean and comfortable. Location is great. All-around great option for family trip.

It was a experience that I had here.
Laura is an excellent help to us. Jennifer is also excellent too. Very helpful. I enjoyed it much. It is a memorable time.
