Sad
In overall, its and old and sad place. No details when repairing something and no attention to derail. Employees look tire and sad, a reflection of bad management and poor ensentive. It needs a renew and fresh ideas

Disappointed with level of service
I was sold this raptr as a 4.5 star. Maybe the facilities are good (not the washrooms that need a renovation) but the level of service was terrible..everyone looked like overwork and mad at customers all the time

Would not go back to this resort
The rooms were having leaking problems, we lost water for 1/2 a day, they charge for room service with the all inclusive package. Everyone who worked there looked miserable. There were not enough activities day or night, and not enough loungers in the shade. Service in every restaurant was slow and lack luster.

Go somewhere else!!
The food and drinks were terrible. Our ceiling leaked onto our bed every time it rained (which was almost daily), office staff knew and did nothing about it! Tried to charge us $50 for a $0.50 wristband. Definitely not 5 star like they market themselves. You'll be harassed constantly to buy a spa package, photos, excursions, or cheap souvenirs.

Horrible family Vacation, will never stay there again!
Don’t stay there not worth it! Staff is not friendly, rooms were HOT! Took 3 days to get switched to another room . Maintenance was told about the room the first night and nothing was ever done about it. 2nd room was missing a tv and there was no running water for a day. The only good thing about this place was a Breakfast chef named Sa Sa he cooked omelettes and was always happy and super polite to everyone.
