    Best bartender!

    Milagros was absolutely amazing in the premium lounge! We made sure to come every night for her to make us the best cocktails, along with the best service and conversation. If you’re here be sure to upgrade so you can come visit her. The AC up there is always great which is also a big plus.

    Relaxed and fun

    Staff was very attentive to all questions and needs. The food was fantastic and readily avaiable. The upgrade was worth it. The preium lounge was fantastic and the drinks made by Milagros were a favorite for me and my girlfriend

    Terribly inflexible and non welcoming service

    An incredibly non-welcoming experience for my group travelling through Central America. We have been in many hotels, but the inflexibility is amazing. The hotel is nice, but I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Not for groups not for individual travel.

    Don't hesitate to come stay, our honeymoon was incredible

    We came here for our honey moon and it was SO amazing. My favorite part was the people, everyone was so nice and always ensuring we were having a good time. Shoutout to: Enrique, who took it upon himself to make sure our stay was amazing and he was so attentive. David from the lounge bar, who was so charismatic and took the time to explain how things worked around the resort. Fabiola, Yonfor, and Alonso from the Italian restaurant were amazing servers. The entire entertainment team: Yasniri, Roger, Lizbeth, Ruben, Kendali, and Dj Raul. It was SO much fun participating in their activities, they made all the events so lively. Ismael and Emmanuel from reception always went out of their way to help us whenever we needed anything. They would always check in with us to make sure everything was running smoothly too. Antonio from room service was super kind and always ready to get us meals and snacks David, from the oriental restaurant was super charismatic and made us laugh a bunch during our dinner. We encountered so many more amazing people, all the staff deserve big recognition for making our stay unforgettable. Beyond that, all the facilities were clean and confortable, everything was pretty, the food was good, 10/10 for everything. We would love to come back every year!

    Disappointing Stay

    Many steps are required to go up to rooms, which after a week are exhausting. Shuttles are sporadic. Food in the buffet is cheap, tasteless, cold and unappealing for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is good. Specialty restaurants require reservations, which are difficult to get although restaurants appear empty when going. The grill has a menu; however, when you order from it they prepare what they want to go with your meal. Salad bar/desert bar available. Italian is excellent with good quality food. Pool and beach are great. Nightly entertainment is minimal. Disco horrible. Upgraded bar is good; however, no other upgraded perks are available other than room service with mundane buffet food. Property is nice and clean.
