Loved every moment! Great location, food, staff, entertainment. Will be back again. The experience was so simple right from the airport pick-up all the way to the drop-off.

Best. Vacation. Ever.
I highly recommend Occidental Nuevo Vallarta. Staff are all professional and friendly, willing to assist with any needs. Royal upgrade is well worth it!

Clean. Fun. Amazing
Our experience at puerta Vallarta occidental was great. We had fantastic service the whole time. Rooms were always clean and neat when we would get back from our activities. Drink were always delicious. Food in all the restaurants was spot on great. We love our experience In first club with Julio Carlos. He was always there when we needed service and he was just a great person to talk to. Very kind man he is.

The best Julio carios was spot on the best.
Amazing it was one of the best trips we’ve ever been on it was excellent. We absolutely love Julio in first club he was always ready and there to give us service and drinks he was the best you could ask for. Trip was excellent and would definitely come again. Again huge shout out to Julio he was the best absolutely love Julio Carios.

Great vacation property
Friendly and helpful staff. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it. The only complaint we had was no facecloths in the room and had to ask for them every day. The food at Tokyo was good but the portions were small. Went away still hungry.
