    Smells of gasoline.

    The hotel is adjacent to the port. Ships and motoboats are constantly passing by.It smell of gasoline.I regret coming here.

    We had so much fun with activities team navy baby, sexy Yasmin, and Danny boy are the best staff ever!!! WE LOVE ZUMBA!

    Clean & Comfortable Stay with Great Restaurant Service

    Overall, I had a good stay at Occidental Costa Cancún. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after long days in the sun. The service at the specialty restaurants was very good, and the Mexican restaurant stood out the most, the food there was flavorful and enjoyable. However, the buffet was just okay. The food was often cold and lacked flavor, and the staff there were not as friendly compared to the restaurant staff. Service at the bars was also not as welcoming as I would have liked. One small personal note, the juices were very sweet for my taste. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and strong restaurant dining, though improvements could be made in buffet quality and service consistency.

    Wouldn’t recommend

    My stay was horrible. My room was hot. We asked them to fix the air or move our room at least 3 times and nothing ever happened. The sheets were old and the food at the snack bar was old and disgusting. Also the glasses for the drinks weren't clean. I will never stay here again
