Great resort.
Great resort for the money. We will visit again. The photos of the buffet were from the New Year's Eve celebration. - well maintained - nice clean rooms - good food ( there is something for everyone. You won't go hungry for sure.) - friendly check in - friendly lifeguards - good entertainment staff - staff goes above and beyond - Carlos was great to us. - we enjoyed watching the boats come in and out.

Terrible stay!- racist employees
Worst all inclusive experience, overpriced for new years and the entertainment was terrible. They had maybe 2 fireworks and that is all. On top of that every time I ate I would have to use the restroom right away! Cleanliness is terrible. The jacuzzi was cold and it seemed like someone was on their period and it wasn’t cleaned. On top of everything, the workers are racist towards Mexicans. They will serve everyone else before serving a Latino. I was not going to write a review because I was being considerate that they work hard but after last night I do not feel like they care, I was charged $100 for a lost bracelet. The bracelet was lost but no longer needed because 1 person was leaving. I was told lost bracelets are $100 to replace. They have now said that lost bracelets are $100 because you need to return them when checking out. I had a bracelet from a previous hotel I stayed in and asked them to show me where it says that bracelets need to be returned upon leaving that I signed, she could not give me proof and even then she charged my mom $100 even though she was not going to use the ammenities, and they did not want to give her the bracelet that was paid for even as a suveneir. I do not recommend this place but If you do decide to come, you are better off speaking in English so they treat you right. I cannot emphasize enough how they are racist to their own people.

Beach needs attention
Overall good hotel all inclusive to stay , easy access to everything. Very clean rooms , excellent service ! Good to average food overall, depending on the day . Decent pool size , no 3 ft deep section for kids since 1.5 ft deep section for infants is there. There’s no pool with thematic for kids , I think there is potential for that . In my personal opinion is a solid 3.8 start hotel . The beach is small and is not connected to the rest of the beaches nearby, there’s a lot of zargazo (green sea grass) and small rocks on a compressed sand , it makes it difficult to enjoy..

Don’t waste your time
Will never again come to this resort!! Somewhat boring no night life by 11pm bar is closed… very noisy no noise cancellation at all… people passing by speaking loudly, workers as well as early as 4am… rooms are outdated and have a off smell …. Food is less than mid… don’t waste your money… even the main road noise can keep you awake at night … for the money we put i was expecting a lot more
