    Honest review of a great little resort

    We have been coming to this hotel for 25 years. We love the small size compared to some of the huge resorts. The pool, restaurant staff and cleaning staff are excellent and always so kind. The rooms are beautiful and the landscape is gorgeous. Love the pool and all the activities and food wise, there is something for everyone. We love the room service option too!! We will be coming back soon and counting down the days!! . My only negative is that my husband is handicapped now and trying to get a handicap room is hard to get even with letting the hotel know in advance multiple times that we have to have a handicap room. We could not enjoy our vacation last time here like we would have liked, since it was so stressful not having a handicap room until the middle of our stay and they had us leave our first room by 9am and then wanted us to wait until 4pm for our handicap room which is unacceptable. We are hoping this trip will be better or we might have to just try a different chain of hotels next time. We visit Cancun twice per year.

    Great customer service very entertaining..

    Great service awesome food. Great dining excellent staffing. I enjoyed every moment will recommend family and friends to visit. Best vacation. 24 hour service definitely a five star ratings.
