This was our second trip at this resort. The main reason we return is the beauty of the resort. It’s a low-key relaxing, clean very tropical resort with amazing wild animals interaction on daily basis. Staff is very friendly working hard and is there to help you to enjoy your trip. pools are always clean plenty of lounge chairs by the pools or the beach Cove. food is OK. It does repeat a lot but there’s always plenty of choices. Fresh fruits, desserts great coffee drinks were very good. We would definitely come back and recommend this resort to all our friends. Make sure you understand. This is not a true beach resort. The beach part is a small-ish man-made cove, but it’s very comfortable, there is enough area the sand, and in the water for everyone. we stayed at the building 22 which is our favorite - balcony faced the jungle and monkeys visited every day multiple times - as mentioned before make sure you close your balcony door at all times monkeys do like to come in to look for snacks. We love, love, love, the iguanas, the deer etc everywhere, the secret paths through the jungle, the Mayan ruins and the amazing overview of the ocean. The evening entertainer/singer Marlo was our favorite.

Wonderful stay
Family of 8 people had a fantastic stay .The long travel from Norway was worth it. I hope to come back some day !!!

Super fun workout!!!
Paola was great at Zumba. We had so much fun. And then at the end, she made it personal by talking to everyone.

Really good resort. It is in a great location that helps you enjoy the natural surroundings. Loved the beach and pools and nightly entertainment. I found most of the staff to be friendly. The Food was just ok, I would prefer less food but better quality. Our room was a junior Studio Suite on the ground floor and looked exactly like the picture on the website. The room was not very sound proof but we only heard people in the other rooms and hallways a few times. A great spot from which to visit Xcaret park, as you can walk into the park from two spots in the resort. We got a 7 day pass (you can buy at the resort) so we would see a little of the park each day and relax each day also. A little breakfast then walk into the park and enjoy one or two attractions then back to the resort for lunch and pool time. Finish with dinner and a show then repeat this daily :)
