  Fabulous

  It's like being in the middle of the jungle with the kindest and most helpful staff. The food isn't gourmet, but you can find something for everyone. They have tons of options. The drinks are strong. It's quite at night. Be careful when going into the stores. There is a small easy to trip on step going into ever store. DO NOT FEED THE MONKEYS! THEY BITE! Do not sign up to be a member. The cheapest option is $8,300. It will really cost you minimum of $75k over the 25 years. We had Ana and Elies as our concierge. They are both incredible! Bilingual in Spanish and English. Friendly and knowledgeable. Elies was my favorite because he was easier to talk to and made you feel like a friend. I highly recommend going there! Ask for Elies. He was the concierge in building 22. 10 stars!!!

  Loved almost everything!

  The resort and amenities are stunning! Food was also super good with lots of options. We will definitely go back as a couple or with kids, it’s great for both! Just be leery of the “specials” they offer you if you listen to them talk about their vacation club. They were pushy and wasted half of our first day.

  Royal Level is amazing! Pools have shade when you need it. The hotel is right next to Xcaret nature Park. The food is amazing. The staff is GREAT!!

  Lots of walking

  This property doesn't have much for trollie service so walking and walking is what you will do. The sun loungers are not enough for the capacity at the pools or beach. Several loungers were broken so you had a hard time getting out of them. This property is far from the airport so using private transportaion would be best to take. The rooms are neat and clean with NO smell. The Italian was the best food we had all week. All the staff is nice and friendly. Check in could have been a bit faster for my taste as we stood in line with a toddler for way to long.

  Family get together

  We went from Ireland for 12 nights and our son and his girlfriend joined us from Canada for 8 nights. We had a deluxe plus room which was located closer to the restaurants and lobby our son’s room was a deluxe which was a bit away from ours but that worked well as they were beside a more party atmosphere pool. We ate in all the restaurants, the Italian and oriental were our favourites, the other restaurants were good it’s just down to taste. We had no complaints about any of the food, there’s no chance of going hungry. We really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and the circus show, the performances were excellent and obviously put a lot of time into rehearsal/training. It’s great having the xcaret park next door, we bought the unlimited access band which worked great for us, for our length of stay it was good value for money. It’s a great hotel for multi generation adult groups because it’s a large hotel with plenty pools, restaurants and bars so you can spend lots of time together or solo quiet time. We loved all the animals strolling around the grounds but the monkeys were the most entertaining. I loved snorkelling in the adult sea water pool with lots of fish. The other three in our group are stronger swimmers and snorkelled in the open sea on days it was calmer and the flag was green, they really enjoyed it and saw heaps of fish. The staff were friendly, helpful and hard working My one negative thing is there aren’t enough loungers at the 1st club pool (the one I used daily) and lot of them were broken. There appeared to be plenty loungers at the other pools but they aren’t padded and with a bad back I am fussy For anyone booking with mobility issues while the deluxe plus buildings are better located they don’t have lifts so you might need to request a ground floor room If we return to Mexico for another holiday with other adults I would definitely return to this hotel
