    Ok Family all in-clusive

Best Thing was the Monkeys outside our room! Was a safe and secure place for families. Restaurant reservations- could only make them between 9-4 when we had excursions 7am-5pm. Wasn't given info on our added basic entrance to Xcaret so that was a waste of money we never go to use, on daily activities at the Hotel. room was ok small & shower wasn't cleaned well. food was ok in the buffet. Being bugged every time we would go to or from our room asking if we were new and when we came trying to sell stuff.

    Bad

During my vacation, we had a problem with the bartender Erubiel Hermanez at the Pescador restaurant. We approached him to order a couple of beers, to which he rudely responded, "Drink service is only available with the waiter at your table." The bartender had alcohol on his breath. That day, no one paid attention to us, and we left feeling upset

I very much enjoyed the holiday, the hotel the pools the setting was excellent but the food we had in all of the restaurants was sadly mediocre at best.

    It was okay

The beach is beautiful but rocky. There were many pool activities throughout the day, and my kids enjoyed that. The food was average; I had to add salt to absolutely everything. I did get sick twice, but I'm not sure what caused it. My check-in process did take a long. I didn't book through their website, so I had to go to a different building to get that done. I had to wait for the trolley because it was a walk. Once I got that done at check-in, the guy who sells timeshares was trying to get us to set up a meeting. Mind you, I had two hungry and tired kids, and it just wasn't the right time. Once in our rooms, I tried getting a hold of someone in the main lobby to get our bags, and no one answered. Little things like that were annoying.
