I cannot say enough about my stay here. Everything and everyone went way above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. My son and daughter in law had their wedding here. That in itself was spectacular. All the staff were great but I have to give a special thanks to Ted, Salvador, Marco and most importantly Jesus at the pool. These guys were top notch. Jesus worked his butt off. He knew what we needed before we did. We can’t thank all of them enough. This resort on a scale of 1-10 is definitely a 1000 or more. The restaurants we were able to go to were fantastic. Nobu. Muna, Pacifico, and “The Restaurant “ had the best food and superb service. Thanks again Nobu for one of the best experiences of my life.

Nobu Hotel Los Cabos was AMAZING!
We had an amazing stay at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained — the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. The food was also outstanding — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A very special thank you to our ambassadors, Salvador Jimenez and Ted Lima. They went above and beyond for us every single day, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in consistently throughout our stay. They even worked diligently to help me find my lost sunglasses, which truly showed their level of care and dedication. Overall, an incredible experience — we can’t wait to return!

Spa package is a joke!! $2000 of credit in our packages. The only reason we went there was to relax at spa. All booked… sorry. No refund or other use of money. Just … sorry. What a scam!!!!

Napolean Dynamite
I just say if you like the Four Seasons and or Ritz Carlton- you will love Nobu of Los Cabos. I am not kidding when I say that the thoughtfulness to detail, unique individual customer service (by your name every time I must add) is unique. Napolean was our point professional and our trip was a 11/10 for it.

The property itself earns 5 stars — a truly stunning hotel with breathtaking ocean views. I would definitely consider this a kid-friendly resort. Most onsite restaurants offer kids’ menus, and there is a kids’ corner playroom. While older children can be left there, our child was still very young so we stayed and played with him. The staff also deserves 5 stars. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming to our family and our baby. We got to know several team members by name and were genuinely sad to say goodbye. Food is another 5 stars. Prices were high, but that’s expected for a resort of this caliber. Portions were generous, making it easy to share dishes, which we appreciated. Location gets 4 stars. The only downside is that swimming in the ocean is not allowed due to dangerous currents. That said, the beach itself is massive and perfect for playing, whale watching, and enjoying the scenery. The resort is beachfront and located on a large private property, which made us feel very safe. We visited in February and saw whales all day long. Now for the lower points: We experienced several technical issues during our stay. There was a loud emergency system testing multiple times throughout the day which went on all week interrupting work calls, baby naps and it was going off in the spa as well (I wasn’t able to properly relax due to this during my treatment), frequent power outages, and our TV kept turning off — which is frustrating when traveling with a small child and needing breaks from the sun. A replacement TV was brought to our room, but the issue continued, likely due to power problems. On one day, the outages also affected the water. The spa is beautiful and the staff is professional, but the promotion they ran during our stay felt misleading. The offer stated that guests who booked three or more nights received a $1,000 spa credit; however, fine print required a 35% service fee on all treatments. Treatment prices were already extremely high, so it still felt like paying a lot for a “free” promotion. Additionally, booking an appointment was very difficult. I had to repeatedly call and visit the spa to move up the waitlist, and they never notified me when openings became available. After a full week at the resort, I was only able to book a 25-minute massage because the spa was so booked due to the promotion. I also overheard staff offering same-day appointments to a timeshare guest, suggesting certain appointments are reserved. I was told I should have booked weeks in advance, which is disappointing for a five-star resort experience. Overall, the property, staff, food, and setting were wonderful, but the operational issues and spa experience took away from what could have been a perfect stay.
