Nobu is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous design and fantastic food, but the people who work there are what make it a truly incredible experience! Ted Lima, our concierge, went above and beyond every day to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Super helpful with reservations and recommendations, he also went far out of his way to find us a pair of binoculars so we could watch whales all day on the beach! You can see them from the beach unaided, but it is an exhilarating experience to see the up close and without interfering with their migration. Ted absolutely made this trip wonderful! We are so grateful! Manuel was our server at the beach cabanas and was an absolute joy! He provided great service of course, and also made it a point to learn about us and make a real connection. He is a charming, warm person who made our Christmas special! Finally the manager of Pacific (I am so sorry I am forgetting his name!) was naturally knowledgeable and professional, and also made it a point to be kind and helpful at every opportunity, making us feel welcome as friends, not just as guests. While Nobu is obviously the star restaurant attraction, we loved Pacific. Fantastic food and ambience! We would dine there every night if we could! If you like salsa picante, they have an amazing habanero ash salsa that will change your life

I ❤️ Nobu Hotel
Gorgeous property with fabulous 5 star service. We loved every minute of our stay. Relaxing vibes at all 3 pools and staff who know how to be there when you need something without being overbearing. The spa is wonderful and all of the restaurants offer great food and excellent service, while pricy. The location is off the beaten path and works best for a vacation where you stay at the resort the whole time. It’s not very convenient for going to restaurants in downtown Cabo or San Jose Del Cabo. It’s a bit more adult oriented though kids are ok.

NOBU never disappoints!
Beautiful resort with lovely Zen like interiors. Nice restaurants on property with NOBU the icing on the cake! Lovely beaches although not swimmable. Beautiful sunsets & assigned best concierge , Cesar H!!!

Beautiful, tranquil, and with great staff
Great overall experience! The property itself is beautiful and the food and drink are high quality. It is the staff that makes it really outstanding though. Everyone we met went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to the concierge team. Jean Paul was so attentive and helpful even when he wasn’t on property!

I’ve been here for less than 24 hours now and have been countlessly disappointed and scammed by this hotel. Every single thing has an added price or cost to it (even to go to certain parts of the hotel) which is as never disclosed beforehand. They also never disclosed that once you enter the property the only way to leave is either by paying them basically 20 dollars just to leave the property! Or to pay double for a cab ordered by the hotel whereas other hotels let you order Ubers which are literally HALF the cost. On top of that the “taxi” they ordered for us was a broken down van that was so sketchy and unsafe. I looked up the name of the company after to find out that it’s permanently closed?? Also not to mention there are legit zero views that are enjoyable here unless you go o ur of your way to the beach. Our view is legit just sand.
