A great place to stay which I have used many times over the last two decades. Superbly comfortable with great facilities in a great location. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Dec 15, 2025Amazing location. Poor communication and guest experience.
Good afternoon, Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to your 3 bedrooms/3 bath apartment. We were advised that apartment 1E is one of your best apartments. However on the third night, my wife had an encounter with a mouse in the apartment which ran under our bed. Obviously I contacted the 24hr number provided but it was uncontactable. I sent a message through the app and received a reply only after approaching the reception at 7am (photos attached). The reception informed he would escalate the matter to the morning team and management. I awaited for the team to firstly solve the pest problem and secondly the service recovery. No one came to the apartment and I had to approach reception again at 930am. We were told that they have arranged pest control and housekeeping will be cleaning the apartment again while we were out. We were given an option to move to another apartment. A downgrade from the one we currently had. We were assured that they will check on it while we were out. I approached reception on the same evening and was assured by the management that housekeeping did a thorough sweep on the apartment. I would question this and i found a chocolate under the same bed (photos attached). He also assured that pest control would come later in the evening. We checked out 4 days later after the incident with no one following up on this, no pest control services attending to it and no service recovery from the team. It is extremely disappointing that despite being in one of your best apartments, we felt like the lack of sincerity in assuring us. Regards, Muhammad Ridhuan

Enjoyed another wonderful apartment stay at No1. Have been visiting yearly since 1996 and have had the pleasure of staying in different apartments. Very comfortable and beautiful heritage building. Close to amenities to enjoy but also set up for time in convenience. Staff professional and helpful. A must if staying in London!

The best place to stay in London
Location is just great, service is top rating and position is near the Earl's Court Tube station that allows to move around town easily. The magic atmosphere of this area full of restaurants, bars and pubs as well as supermarkets, allows to live the flat as a home

The apartment is quite spacious and is located in a fantastic area with great transport links... it has been a perfect stay that we would love to repeat.
