Naples Grand Resort-large family gathering was exceptional

Amazing family vacation with multiple generations celebrating a big occasion. Location, staff, and amenities were perfect. Morning stand up paddleboard with dolphin sightings was a huge hit. The staff are exceptional here-front desk, bar staff, wait staff, and beach attendants….all friendly and helpful. Arta (pool attendant) was very kind towards my elderly mother. She truly went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and taken care of. I remarked to her that I felt like she treated us like family. Her customer service and exceptional care towards my frail mother made me want to take the time to share about our experience. She is a real GEM.

    Save your money

Terrible experience. Poor hospitality. Water slide under construction and not listed anywhere on travel sites. Hair in bath tub with standing water and black mold under shower door

Front desk either isn't very knowledgeable or doesn't care enough to give correct info prior to check-in.

Terrible customer service before trip, during check-in. Either they are not very knowledgeable on third party reservations or they did not care. Was told everything looked good on reservation and it was paid then upon arrival had to pay full amount out of my trip budget.

    Outstanding Service & Family-Friendly Experience

Our family had a wonderful stay at Naples Grande Hotel, and the experience was made even more special by the incredible staff and atmosphere. Nino the bellhop went above and beyond from the moment we arrived—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel at home right away and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A big shoutout as well to Ignacio at the Pool Bar. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the overall poolside vibe was perfect for relaxing as a family. Ignacio was attentive, personable, and made sure everything was just right. The hotel itself has an amazing environment—beautiful grounds, a relaxing atmosphere, and the convenience of great food available in-house made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend Naples Grande Hotel to families looking for a high-quality, welcoming, and memorable experience.

    Bad online booking experience

My wife and I attended a company Christmas party and booked our room online. We never received a confirmation email and the booking didn’t appear to be completed on their website so a second attempt was made. We arrive for the party and find our two rooms were mistakingly reserved vice one. This error was brought up with Brian the manager who shrugged it off and said their policy is a three day window to cancel. Don’t book anything online with this hotel it’s flawed and they don’t care enough to make things right.
