Dec 11, 2025I recently stayed at a resort that looked amazing at first glance, with beautiful facilities and a comfortable atmospher
This hotel is very well located, close to downtown, with a beautiful beach and plenty of amenities for children and families. The food is excellent, and the overall experience is enjoyable. However, there are hidden fees that you don’t expect, which can substantially increase the cost of the room. These hidden fees are charged at check-out, which can be a surprise for guests.

Dec 04, 2025An Absolutely Magical Wedding Weekend at the Naples Grande
My husband and I spent our wedding weekend at the Naples Grande, and it was truly beyond anything we could have imagined. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtful, personalized, and luxurious. We stayed in one of their 1200 sq ft suites, and it was perfection — spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with panoramic views of Naples, the resort pools, and the Gulf of Mexico. Watching the sunset from our balcony each night felt like our own private show. It was the ideal setting for such a meaningful weekend. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with plush robes, a custom charcuterie board, a gorgeous dessert tray, and a chilled bottle of Veuve Clicquot. It was such an unexpected touch and instantly made the start of our stay feel celebratory and elevated. The next morning, we enjoyed an incredible buffet breakfast at Aura — the selection was generous, the food was fresh, and the service was warm and attentive. After breakfast, we spent the entire day relaxing in a private cabana at the adults-only pool. This ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. The cabana was beautifully set up, perfectly shaded, and stocked with everything we needed to unwind. The entire pool staff and bartending team treated us like royalty — checking in on us constantly, recommending drinks, and making sure we always had fresh towels and refreshments. Every team member we encountered throughout the weekend made us feel genuinely celebrated and cared for. It felt like the whole resort was rooting for our big moment, which made the experience incredibly special. Overall, our stay at the Naples Grande exceeded every expectation. It was luxurious, relaxing, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our wedding weekend unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back for anniversaries and future celebrations

I cannot stress strongly enough that individuals choose another resort to visit. This property was the absolute worst experience I've had at any property domestic or international. From check in until check out. The property is so delapadated and run down. I suppose to their credit they were doing rehab the entire time we were there. Starting at 8AM in the morning we were woken to the noise of power tools, that lasted until we got back to our room that evening. This is just a poorly managed property all around. STAY AWAY!

Zero entertainment. No music by the pool or beach and absolutely nothing to do in the evening. Hotel beach and pool where all beautiful.

Nice family getaway on the west coast
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. If you go to the beach to see the sunset, don't expect to get a tram ride back. Service stopped before everyone was able to get a ride. Perhaps hotel guests could get tram priority over the casual beachgoers who did not pay to stay at the resort.
