Abdullah helped us to find a new room after the first we had a small issue with. He was very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were well stettled.

Great staying
Got really well cared for by the staff. Special mention to Abdullah who were very kind and helpful all the way. The hotel is neat, clean and facilities are great.

Another amazing stay at Montcalm East
As a frequent business traveller who stays regularly at the Montcalm East, I took my wife and two daughters down to London for the weekend and stayed for an evening at Montcalm East. Having bigged up the hotel and staff to my family on many occasions, I was slightly nervous in case it dissapointed. I couldn't be more wrong, the staff went above and beyond for my wife and kids throughout the stay. From upgrading our room so we were more comfortable, to providing toys, games and snacks for the kids, to child slippers and robes for the spa - the whole stay was flawless. When I asked my daughters what their favourite part of the weekend was they both said the hotel! That's quite some feat considering we watching Home Alone at the Royal Albert Hall and went to Winter Wonderland etc. Thank you for another amazing stay

A hotel with something for everyone
We had an amazing time staying in the Montcalm East autograph hotel. The service was first class; the staff were accommodating and attentive to our needs even the ones we didn’t verbalise. The room was ready well before the allocated time of 3pm; we were given the keys even though we were early. We loved how clean and comfortable the room was. The bathroom had under floor heating so walking around with barefoot was comfortable. The location was perfect, the area was easily accessible with good public transport as well as walkable to amenities. We were never woken up by loud noises from cars or too many people. The decor of the hotel was tasteful and artistic; it created a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. The price was reasonable.
