The hotel is very beautiful and the spa facilities is really great. Abdullah from concierge was especially helpful throughout my stay!!

Excellent hotel with great, friendly service
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel room was modern, comfortable and clean with the free re-fillable filtered water bottles a nice touch. One thing I would change is the complicated light switches.

Good location and helpful staff
Great stay. Coco in particular was a fantastic help. Room tech (heating/lights) was a little fiddly but otherwise great. The room service guy also tried his best to be helpful.

Great concierge service
Abdullah helped us to find a new room after the first we had a small issue with. He was very welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were well stettled.

Great staying
Got really well cared for by the staff. Special mention to Abdullah who were very kind and helpful all the way. The hotel is neat, clean and facilities are great.
