Almost Perfect
The hotel front desk staff was friendly but they could have gone a little extra mile to inform me that for Marriott Elite members (Platinum and above), they give you a breakfast voucher for Kips’s, the Irish hotel restaurant. Kip’s offers a breakfast menu separate from their buffet. The buffet includes an omelette station. There is a lounge on the 7th floor that opens for light breakfast at 6:30 am which I only enjoyed once during my stay because I didn’t have time. Some places open at 6 am. This one does not. They are also closed for breakfast on the weekend, which I didn’t know. So ask for the voucher if you qualify and stay over a weekend. Evening light finger foods are offered at 5 pm. If you get there at 7 it’s picked over and they don’t replenish. They offer a cheese plate, one tray of an appetizer, a vegetable tray and potato chips with soda and water. The gym is fine. Three treadmills, two bikes, an elliptical, a rowing machine, dumb bells, and a multi function fitness equipment. The room I had was spacious. Two queen beds, a pullout sofa, a chair with ottoman, a work desk, a mini fridge and coffee table. Walk in shower with good water pressure. The room was a bit dated but it was comfortable. The door slamming by other guests was annoying but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would stay here again.

Unacceptably noisy and can't get the rooms right.
I rarely write a review but this was just not okay. Do not stay in these hotel unless you are guaranteed a room that does not face the inner atrium, otherwise it is incredibly noisy. like, there is no way to sleep noisy. They attempt to shut down whatever party is there by 10 supposedly, and then again at 10:30..... That being said, don't count on getting the room you booked. We booked and paid extra for a suite with two queen beds and were instead given a regular king-bedded room with no credit for the reservation. Friends who booked a king and checked in later were given a room with two queen beds, which is not what they wanted either. This hotel needs help.

Very NOISY, no sleep!
We stayed here when we were in town for a wedding. At first glance it looks like a really nice hotel BUT if you want to get any sleep make sure you bring ear plugs and get a room that does NOT look over the lobby. There was so much noise coming through the balcony door it was like our bed was in the lobby. With a wedding at the hotel (lots of drunk people) and a football game on the TV the noise was so bad we had to put the A/C fan to "on" position all night to try and drown out the noise. But that couldn't cover up the noise from all the drunk people in our hallway talking very loudly, dancing, laughing, and slamming doors from midnight until 2 a.m. When called the front desk they said they would take care of it but they did nothing. We would NEVER stay here again!

Very nice hotel in the suburbs…
Suburban location close to highway. Attached to very good Irish pub w decent beer and food selection. Very nice and relatively modern lobby and spacious clean rooms. Only issue are the relatively loud air conditioning units in the rooms. Need to fix them. Friend suggested putting a small towel on the unit door to stop the vibrations.

Nice hotel, but somewhat remote
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Food service was excellent. Downside is that it is rather remote. There isn't much nearby. Moreover, it's about 18 miles from MSP airport. Fortunately, Uber and Lyft are readily available and can take you anywhere in the Twin Cities.
