Exceptional service from staff!
I stayed here in August for a business trip, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, with easy access to local dining options. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Lidieth Fox was extremely helpful when my business trip got extended unexpectedly. She assisted me with extending my booking and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Lidieth is a wonderful asset to the team and I'm grateful for her exceptional service. Marjorie Sabbat was also very attentive and ensured everything was good with my stay. The attention to detail and genuine kindness from the staff truly enhanced my experience. The food at the restaurant from the hotel was delicious. I tried something different every night that I was there. I will definitely be staying here for all future business trips. Thank you for everything!

Nice and clean hotel
Great hotel, very nice and clean. Nice pool and gym, both well maintained. Great views of the bay. Very helpful staff. I forgot an item in my room and housekeeper Marie Exantus found it and officer Yazdi Patel helped me track if down. Thanks very much!!

Beware; Car broken into / poor customer service
The Hotel is beautiful, great location, room is nice. Unfortunately, the service is lackluster. I stayed at the Marriott for 7 days and out of the 10 times I called the front desk, they answered the phone once. This was at different times of the day, so no, the staff wasn't busy checking people in. Sometimes the phone rang for minutes with no answer. V annoying. What was more disappointing is the lack of concern Marriott Biscayne has for customers and their safety. My rental car was broken in to and I had $5,000 worth of personal items stolen. My car was parked in the hotel garage which has a security gate and you must go up a ramp to access it. Initially, Rey, head of security had let me know that no one had accessed my car. Upon double-checking he did confirm someone appeared to break-in and walked away with my valuables. This was extremely unsettling as you can imagine. The hotel claimed no responsibility & offered to show local PD security footage, if subpoenaed. I never spoke with a manager for the property nor did they ever reach out. Where is the customer service?

We orded some packages from Amazon. The delivery service was very good. Mr Yazdi Patel helped us very professional and kind. Thank you for the excellent service. This Marriott location is the best, whenever traveling on a cruiseship, we recommend Marriot at Bayshore.

Wonderful spot & staff!
I had a great experience at this hotel for a conference I attended 9/17-9/18. My room was perfect with an excellent water view. I did lose my wallet one morning during breakfast and Tommy Hamilton at the restaurant and Yazdi in security were gracious and honest in securing my wallet and returning it to me! Thank you both so much!!
