  Goood hotel. Nice staff.

  I forgot my ear buds in the exercise room. Chad from security found them and tracked me down on my cell phone number that was on the case. Can’t thank him enough!

  Hilton members enjoying the Marriott experience

  We didn't stay at the hotel but ate breakfast there the 3 days we were in Miami. Aurea was our server each day and she was absolutely LOVELY! She made sure we were all taken care of and well hydrated in the miami humidity. The food was good, the view was exceptional and Aurea was the icing on the cake. Thank you for making our Miami experience a great one! We'll be back for sure.

  Exceptional service

  I just stayed at this hotel. It was quite nice, better than expected. After I departed, I realized that I had left my ear pods in my hotel room. I called the hotel and was routed to lost and found. Yazdi Patel and Raiza in housekeeping found them and called me immediately. I thought there was zero chance of getting these back. But their exceptional service spared me having to place another order with Apple. Service at the hotel was exceptional!

  Kind staff, Great location & Updated rooms

  I had an amazing experience here. First - staff. Friendly, Welcoming and Helpful The restuarant on property has really good food. I did the breakfast buffet twice and it is excellence. Once, I came 5 minutes before it closed. I typically try to avoid this. The gentleman doing omelettes welcomed me warmly and assured me he would make me something good. Then Aurea, my server was on it! I never had to ask for anything! She anticipated what I needed and greeted me with a smile. And before I left, she asked If I wanted to return to the buffet, even though it was well after 11. Thoughtful...kind. I also love the location! It is attached to a small shopping plaza, so I was able to get a pedicure, have excellent Chinese food and get a Starbucks drink without leaving the property. The room was excellent - new, with plenty of amenities.

  Everything about this hotel is perfect for a pre-cruise stay! Our 4th stay here and it has only gotten Better!

  We cancelled our JW Marriott reservations to stay here --- that was a great decision! We originally booked with JW Marriott for our stay post cruise, after staying at The Marriott Biscayne Bay we cancelled our post cruise stay at JW and opted to return to this hotel and since then 2023--we have always chosen this location for any stay in Miami. Are there cheaper hotels in the area -- of course there are, but for our vacation, we wanted it great from start to finish ---and it was! Why, Marriott Biscayne Bay you might ask? Let me share! The people, the location, the service, the friendliness, the convenience of a breakfast, a lunch or dinner and a drink or two-- and the ability to help and understand our needs! I spend over 75 nights per year in a Marriott alone. The service along with everything else you look for in a hotel stay is priority for me and my chosing to return. Lilly Fox at the front desk is the absolute BEST! She understands your need, she solves issues and she makes it all run like clockwork from the moment we check in--Thank you to Lilly for going above and beyound what most Marriott front desk folks do! We appreciate you! THEN, if you need transportation getting ANYWHERE (we were headed to the port this stay on Dec. 10, 2025)---Junior (valet) makes it happen! Not only does he go the extra mile to ask you what type vehicle you like to travel in, he gives you updates of time of arrival of uber or lyft or taxi! He again anticipates and makes things happen! THANK YOU to these staff members and for the hotel for making our vacation enjoyable! We will be back!!
