Adequate comfortable rooms, great location, crowded concierge lounge (although this was also during a hurricane taking place with many evacuees), but the staff (Mrs. M. S) and the laundry service falls quite short in their delivery promise. Would not recommend. Even the room service delivery was also delayed and did not meet expectations. Again, central location is its saving point.

Nov 12, 2024Paper Thin Walls and Noisy Neighbors Ruin Visit
This is a gorgeous hotel on the water with amazing harbor views. Room updated, fine linens, lighting and balcony. Had a lovely dinner downstairs with wonderful waiter Frank. Beautiful hotel with kind and helpful staff. Wanted to give 5 star review but then 2225 guests got in drunk at midnight. Kept the party loud until I finally called for help at 2am. Walls thin, could hear everything, kept me awake horribly. The loudest guests ever ruined my stay here.

Confusion and Biscayne Bay
While the views are beautiful the hotel did not quite live up to our expectations. The room was lively and the gym was great, however, we encountered a few things that would make me not choose this hotel again. First, after a long day of travel I was beat. I slept only to be woken up at 6 am, 4 am my time with an alarm. I looked out the door to make sure I should not evacuate ( although it was not blaring so I was pretty sure I was safe) and it stopped. A shirt time later it resumed, again I waited sit out to go back to sleep. On the third round I called downstairs only to be told this was a known issue with the room next door. No sorry, no offer to move. On top of this although I was excited to have a balcony, when the door was open everything I'm the room got wet! This is probably not a hotel issue, but rather the weather. Finally, I was told when I checked in the was a $25/ day credit. What I was not told is that it did not include the coffee shop or the last day of check out. As such I was surprised to see $48 extra at check out ( that's for one breakfast buffet and one coffee). While I am sure this was in the small print somewhere it is confusing and almost seems sneaky. Just don't have it at that point. The staff was ok, the room ( other than the moisture). was great and the views pristine.

Nice hotel amazing view of the bay and cruise ships. Checkin was a breeze and they called us when our room was ready. We had a lovely water view comfy room. Beds are wonderful. Location is perfect. The restaurant is pricey and the bar tenter friendly but inattentive. All was good until our neighbors moved it and made such a ruckus that got worse with the passing hours. I went to the front desk and Judy was my hero, not only did she quickly change our room she sent me up a bellman to help. We had been up since 3am and this was so appreciated. This is one of my favorite hotels will be back in January.

Nice hotel
Nice location. The hotel is beautiful. Front desk manager is very nice, helped me solved breakfast issue. The waiter named Frank at 1st floor restaurant is super friendly, made my first day at Miami. Breakfast at The club lounge is good, lots of choices.
