A masterclass in destroying guest trust and loyalty.
This hotel upgraded us then downgraded us, didn’t stock the room with the promised water bottles, then they argued we could only have one when the room is marketed with two. Then they gave us normal generic water bottles when they promised large Life Water bottles. We had to show them what the app promised with the room. The guy behind the check in lady yelled they only get one. The give, the take, the bait, the switch, the lack of warmth and welcoming atmosphere after a long day plus a long night flight. Who needs this type of hospitality.

They are good at ignoring customers.
This property is consistently one of the worst Marriotts when it comes to food service. At breakfast I repeatedly had to get up to get my own coffee. No big deal. Just don’t expect a tip. Way overpriced buffet. Wait to be seated for wide open restaurant. Waited at bar 15 minutes to get a lunch ordered. No one at bar. When they did show up they were more interested in stocking shelves than taking orders. Sat at the same table two days in a row for breakfast. Still had the same sticky stains. I finally grabbed some towels and cleaned it myself.

Room was fine. Nothing special.
Room was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Only had a king bed but we wanted 2 beds. Appreciated the airport shuttle. Took an uber to the cruise port and it took about 50 minutes. (Less than $20 but a cab from the cruise port back here cost $80!) Not many food establishments nearby but we ate from the little coffee shop in the Marriott in the same complex. Got a day pass for $15 to spend some time here after the cruise - much better than hanging out at the airport all day. I would stay here again due to the convenience but not sure I’d want to spend more than a night or two.

Not bad for an airport hotel
This hotel was in a complex of 3 different Marriott properties. Each had a restaurant and were close to other restaurants. Free shuttle to the airport. The price was consistent with other airport hotels. There was a shared pool between the Courtyard and the Marriott.

Won’t stay again
Not up to Marriott standards. Stayed here after a long flight from Europe. The shuttle was easy enough to catch. Didn't wait too long. Front desk clerk was polite and friendly. Don't think rate was what we had booked for but had been flying all day and over tired. The cafe was closed (9:15pm) and there is no coffee or Tea available in lobby!! Very limited expensive snacks at desk! Room was ok ! Appeared clean, large comfortable bed with ok bedding! Small balcony, some have chairs ours did not! But at least window opened. Room was hot and no fan circulation. Bathroom was large with ok shower and vanity. Big negative, toilet didn't look flushed and when we went to flush it barely did. Couldn't really use! The carpet between bed and the dresser had obviously been patched but not secured properly and the corners were peeled up. I got my toe stuck under and tripped and fell during night. Ended up with large bruises on hip. Mentioned to desk staff in morning but only got an "oh". Not a good stay!
