Mar 30, 2026Such a delightful experience
Location was perfect,just a 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower,lots of shops and lovely restaurants round about,hotel room was a good size and spotlessly clean,modern bathroom with an excellent shower.We had breakfast here 2 days on the weekend and selection didn’t disappoint,hot fresh and buffet style,catered for all tastes and nationalities,all staff that we met were polite professional and couldn’t do enough for you,they did themselves and Paris proud.Staff used every opportunity to speak English with us and we also tried out our limited French on them,highly recommended hotel,the staff here make this business,we would definitely return here.

Would stay again, great stay! Highly recommend!
Fabulous location, so close to Eiffel Tower and close to metro. Lots of bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Room was great, my husband and I both had a great sleep too. Very clean, didn’t hear any noise from other rooms etc. Julianna at reception was so lovely!! Highly recommend!!

I had a very pleasant six-day stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s just a two-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, and I loved having the chance to see the tower sparkling at night.The hotel offers breakfast at an additional cost, which was quite good—I may have missed adding it during the booking. The resto-bar was also nice, with a decent selection of beers. Overall, a great stay.

Apon arriving in the room I had payed £704 for disappointed was an understatement. I was lead to believe this was a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it a 2. The room Itself was extremely small, and after being assured we would receive tea and coffee in the room, there was no milk. And only paper cups. So no good for us. We was told the mini fridge was complimentary. However all we received was a jar of apple sauce? No water. Just apple sauce. The toilet had a disgusting smell of urine even after the cleaner had been in there. It was so bad we had to spray aftershave in there and use it with the door open. My wife chose to use a restaurant toilet in preference to using our own. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could collapse any moment, the door had chunks taken out of it, the carpet was sticky and in desperate need of a clean and to top it all off we found a bed bug and dirty sheets Overall, I am appalled at this hotel stay considering the amount I was charged. And after finding a bed bug I genuinely feel sick that I stayed there at all!

I booked a junior suite and was excited reading the location and being part of the Accor chain. The building presents more like a large hostel style hotel. The public areas are dated and people lying on sofas while waiting for rooms. The reception staff are friendly enough with good level of English. Taxis from airport are fixed at €65 which is good enough. The junior suite is nothing like I imagined and disappointing. Small and dated being over priced. I would say if you are seeking basic accommodation in good location and you can find a standard room for €95 a night then the hotel will tick all buttons. If you want a little more comfort and willing to pay more then don’t stay at this hotel. There is no concierge / trip desk at hotel which is a real shame as great opportunity for hotel to add income. Staff are happy enough to give tips but not ideal. Would I return = NO
