Excellent service loved the staff. Clean hotel but dated. Very safe in and around the hotel. Food was fine. Pool was a little chilly but the weather was hot. We had a great time. Lots of families here not for night life.

Great experience
The activities team with Valeria, Daniel, Cassandra, Bety and more, were so friendly, made the eactivities enjoyable and had a program all day long. The food and resort were amazing and clean. Staff super friendly.

Great place to stay :)
Enjoyed our stay very much. Food was great , we enjoyed the breakfast especially. The pool is beautiful , very big and lots of chairs to choose from if you go early. The nightly shows were very good as well, especially the comedy show. Alberto in guest service is amazing and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend .

Alberto at customer service is amazing! The nighttime shows are the best for kids as well as adults. Have been coming for many years and is a very lovely stay every time!

Relaxing stay at Meliá!
Alberto working in customer service is very helpful and always so friendly and kind. Loved our stay as it was very relaxing! Shows were hilarious and entertaining.
