Leo Leon activates was very fun. Very happy. Jose and many guys are so nice. Pool was great. I’m a pool man in California. Drinks perfect and food was great. We will come back. My wife and kids are happy. See you soon

away from this hotel the rooms smell bad they almost never clean them you call them to come clean and they never come, in the restaurants that are supposed to be all included you have to make a reservation and almost never have availability and when there are only two codes it is free everything else you pay for. I also attach photos we changed 3 rooms one was worse than the other I am also attaching photos so you can see the leak in the rooms and how the reception welcomes you.

A sad, sad version of an all inclusive
I’m not one to complain, in fact when I read reviews on here I always think “Man, people complain about the smallest things” but honestly the Melia is pretty terrible. I guess if you’ve never been to a resort before you’d assume it’s ok? We didn’t go hungry, the sun was shining…. But that’s about all the good. Food- The buffet, Fish house and Mole taco were the only options. Bland repetitive food. Bars- lobby bar, pool bar, and a small booth on the other side of the pool are the only options. Pool- big pool, nothing good or bad here except the “entertainment” isn’t entertaining at all. Beach- not enough chairs, small beach with a huge rock in the center that’s covered in urchins. Lots of people stepped on them. Nightly entertainment- this was honestly the worst part. Ultra cheesy, lip syncing, 3 nights the Elvis and Tina turner repeated their acts with different costumes. Some weird clown type show that was again, lip synched. Brutal. Room- The bed was comfortable but the toilet ran all night. The towel rack in the shower would give you a small electrical shock when the tub was full of water but maintenance said “it’s ok”….., the toilet never got fixed either. Seriously save up the $1500 and go literally anywhere else. We vacation yearly and can’t explain how disappointed we are. The Melia is just sad.

Excellent service loved the staff. Clean hotel but dated. Very safe in and around the hotel. Food was fine. Pool was a little chilly but the weather was hot. We had a great time. Lots of families here not for night life.

Great experience
The activities team with Valeria, Daniel, Cassandra, Bety and more, were so friendly, made the eactivities enjoyable and had a program all day long. The food and resort were amazing and clean. Staff super friendly.
