Great Location For A City Break
Great hotel in the heart of Granada. Room was lovely, very comfortable and the breakfast was super. The whole hotel smelled fabulous. Parking is next door and pricey - had a few issues but reception staff came out to sort.

Beautiful city- beautiful hotel
What a wonderful hotel! Located in the central part of the city close to everything. And the Front Desk staff were phenomenal, especially Carlos who wentout of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay in Grenada. The only thing that disappointed me was we didn’t plan for more days to stay at the hotel. 😉

Great Location and excellent concierage
I found this hotel to be in an excellent location especially for those who prefer to explore Granada on foot. Yet it was also so central that even cabs were cheap to take to locations like the Alhambra or the flamenco caves in Sacremonte. Surrounded by amenities like plenty of restaurants and even a small quick stop grocery store. Room was a spacious suite and very clean. Occasionally, with windows open, we could hear some noises going on in the streets below, but overall the other guests in the hotel were very quiet. I appreciated the free breakfast and open bar/snacks in the lounge. It was a great option for taking a break from walking around town and having a light snack between meals. I especially want to thank Alexandra, the concierge who checked us in our first night. My boyfriend and I spent three days in Granada but only had plans for one of those days (the Alhambra). We asked her for her advice on what to do the full day we weren't going to the Alhambra. She charted a whole course for us on a map of where to go and in what order, how long each walk would take, what to do at each stop/neighborhood, what to watch out for, and she gave us excellent recommendations for dinner perfectly suited for our personalities. We relied on her for services and advice a lot throughout our trip and she was so delightful and helpful!
