The overall experience during my pedicure was outstanding. The workers were very skilled and thorough. The ambience from the light music and running water outside was very relaxing. I greatly enjoyed my experience.

I am staying here right now with my family, and am very disappointed at how cold the pools are. It’s changed our trip significantly as we can’t stay in the water much. The ocean is warmer than the pools, which means they must be cooling them. It’s very disappointing with small children not to have swim mable water.

Hotel was great, food was bad
We loved the hotel. The overall view, the rooms, the cleanliness, the attentive and kind staff were the best parts. The food quality was terrible for veggie options. There were not many options for vegetarians or pescatarians. Fruits were not ripe and not much options. We expected more variety of fruits and fish as being on a Caribbean island. There were 7 restaurants and 3 of them are paid. For the others, you cannot find reservations for the same day! We arrived in the afternoon on our first day and did not have time to make reservations (we were told that it ends at 4pm), asked one restaurant if we can dine in and got rejected. There were empty tables, it was close to closing time, so why the bureaucracy?? We waited about two hours during check in for our room to be ready. We checked out online and went to reception to double check, and they did not see that we checked out on their system. Luckily we had screenshots to prove, otherwise they may had charged us for not checking out on time( not sure if they would, but possible). Overall, loved the hotel, hated the food experience.
