    Stay-cation at this great property near I Drive in Orlando

    Stayed here for a weekend stay-cation. Glad I did! Due to a booking snafu (our own fault), we were in two different room types. The first night we were booked into a one bedroom villa. Great view of the golf course and the bathroom was very nice! Loved the shower! The second night, we were booked into a studio. Clean and exactly what we needed for just a one night stay, but the one bedroom villa is what I would try to book again over the studio. The grounds of this property are well maintained. Restaurants were very good. Breakfast at The Grille had some great offerings. Had dinner at one of the pool bars/restaurants. So nice to relax by the pool for a casual meal. Played golf at the course on property. The greens were no joke! Oh and the lobby had an amazing scent being pumped into it!

    Marriott grand Vista

    This was my 4th year at Marriott grand Vista in Orlando and,hopefully, my last. It is huge. Not a lot of activities for adults but it is kid friendly. As always, my review states the ridiculousness of the pool and lack of chairs. Get up early and stake your claim or it will be a hard hunt for a seat. Staff at this resort are friendly and helpful. Stevo at the concierge was beyond wonderful. He helped me with theme park tickets when I thought I was out of luck. The unit. Not clean, laundry was awful, furniture was uncomfortable. The location is great for things to do in Orlando. We are presidential level with Marriott. Might go back to Orlando but not here.

    Excellent Resort

    Excellent Stay So Far. Just checked in 2 days ago. Our flight strived obnoxiously early; this resort happily accommodated us by giving us an amenities key and storing our luggage. (8:00 am). At 11:00am we received a text that our room was ready (5 hours early). Check in took less than 10 minutes. They retrieved our things and we were officially on va-cay! The room is spacious, clean (NO bedbugs whatsoever) and has a nice layout. Beautiful views. There is a small kitchenette WITH dishes and cutlery which is a game changer. Plenty of space, plenty of pool chairs, lots of pools, very cool- different activities for kids and adults. They also offer evening family-friendly activities. Not a huge fan of the way the restaurants are laid out- and they are a little pricey ($4 for a bottle of water)but thats more of a personal preference. Overall- vert impressed and am considering selling my Hilton Vacation Club membership for a Marriotts one. (Oh- and they are NOT pushy about the time-share thing. I haven't been asked once- though I know they are there and where the office is if I choose pursue).

    If you get chance, take it!

    Very modern rooms! Huge layout! Great stay, highly recommended! Great location. Not far to anything! We would go back here if the chance arose. Loved the room! Great choice of recreation, gym good, kids club engaging too! Pool food ok, all staff very welcoming

    Nice Experience.

    I don't understand the negative reviews.............the staff was always friendly and super helpful. The grounds are beautiful, and the pools are very nice. The room was nice and had everything that we needed. We did not have a car and found that the restaurant selections were limited. Next time we will get a villa and cook a little for ourselves.
