  Great service and food at the Marriott in Cancun. Usi (entertainment guy ), was very attentive. Our waiters were phenomenal also, I just don’t remember their names. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at the Cancun Marriott. My sincere thanks!

  Very comfortable

  We had very comfortable stay at Marriot. Everything was good. Karina from Kasai restaurant made our anniversary night special and took good care of us. She also offered us to take our picture.

  Amazing family holiday 2025

  We had an outstanding experience with Marriott Cancun all inclusive! The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Common areas like the lobby, gym and restaurants are new, clean and well designed and decorated. Our room for 4 people with two double beds was a bit small for that kind of resort but it was clean and we hardly ever stayed in the room during the day. The balcony made up for small room. We really enjoyed all the food options. My kids loved tacos and pizza for lunch while my husband and I enjoyed our daily ceviche. Restaurants for dinner were great too. My kids loved Japanese restaurant and I enjoyed the Mediterranean dinner! Everything was delicious! The best part of this resort is the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! My teens were constantly entertained by the pool entertainment team. Shout out to the most hard working and fun entertainers Christopher, Adro, Alexis. Our salsa lesson with Jorge was so much fun!! What a character! Tadeo, Mikel, Daniel and Usiel kept entertainment going all day long. I saw everyone around us having fun playing pool and beach sports. Beach Olympics were hilarious to watch, everyone was having a blast! You will not be bored at this resort! We also participated in daily pool exercise classes ….. FUN!

  Great Experience, Great Staff

  My husband and I recently stayed at Marriott Cancun and it exceeded our expectations! The staff made us feel welcome from a speedy check in (& early access to our room) to friendly staff that remembered our names. The rooms were great - clean, spacious, and almost every room as beach views. Room service/housekeeping, when needed, was incredibly fast and willing to accommodate your schedule with cleaning and re-stocking times. The food was fantastic! The fresh ceviche bar was by far our favorite place to eat (Shout out to Henry and Asriel for the great service). However the restaurants and breakfast places had great food as well (thanks to Froylan, Abraham, and Abel) We cannot forget the excellent entertainment though. Alexis, Jorge, Mike, and Usi kept us consistently entertained with games and music. Antonio kept our waterslide experience top notch and Cesar and Esteban kept our drinks filled. Whether the day led to beach volleyball, games in the pool, or just relaxing by the adult pool - there was always something to do! The resort grounds were great. Not only were there multiple pools with swim up bars (adult and kid friendly), a waterslide, and multiple restaurants and shops; beach access was right outside attached to the resort. Shout out again to: Alexis, Jorge, Mike, Usi, Froylan, Antonio, Cesar, Asriel, Henry, Esteban, Abraham, Abel

  Fun week at the Marriott All-Inclusive

  We arrived a day late due to mixed connection in Newark. This was Thankgiving week so you can imagine the chaos at the airport. Once arriving we had a great time. The food was really good, the staff was amazing. The ones that stood out were Jesus & Hugo. Very helpful. The pool chair game is very active here. My husband caught on & managed to get us 4 chairs, (travelling with 4 adults & 2 children). He had to be down by the pool very early & leave towels & books, backpacks, toys, etc on the chairs. He was there every morning by 6:30 am.Because it was Thanksgiving week it was really busy. I'm not sure if it would have been as hard if it wasn't that week. We also noticed there weren't many chairs around the small kids pool area to sit. We liked the lazy river, it was fun. It wasn't very busy. We made reservations every night for dinner & it wasn't a problem. My favorite was the Mexican restaurant & Hana. Hana is the breakfast buffet in the morning ( lots of choices) In the evening it's a restaurant. I recommend the ice cream in the lobby area of one of the shops. They have pastries & pizza, sandwiches as well. They are included but since it sells other things some aren't included. We went to three nights of entertainment. They were all good. I would recommend this for families. The beach was beautiful. I didn't go in because the waves were too big for me at that time.
