Great Experience
Travelled over Thanksgiving and was not sure if the quality would remain high and the hotel did not disappoint…Most striking is the “quality” and warmth of personality of the staff… from the valet, front desk, M club and housekeeping, everyone seems happy to be there and glad you are there and they make you feel very welcome. Room was clean (a big one for me) and very comfortable and it was my first time booking the “M” club and well worth with… A wonderful breakfast, snacks during the day and soft drinks and water all day and night. Miya , who works the M club is a true treat. What a warm and kind person. Love that Hertz is on site and the health /fitness area is great… Marina del Ray is a very California area, nice vibe… Look forward to being back there soon. Go and enjoy.

Amazing experience
This was my very first time staying at Marriott Marina Del Ray! Mr. Jason Weiss was such a delight to work with! He not only helped me with early check in but also upgraded my room and we had the most spectacular view of the marina. He went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. I mentioned I was heading to Cabo for my honeymoon, he didn’t waste a second to congratulate us and also sent us a bottle of Chardonnay along with lots of desserts! It was truly a grand welcome! He made the experience unbelievably great and we definitely can’t wait to be back!

My entire trip was wonderful. They acknowledged my status and provided a cute gift bag. The servers and bartenders were excellent. I enjoyed the M lounge for great breakfast, coffee, and snacks. In addition, they had a great hot tub. The location can't be beat!

Great family visit!
Everyone friendly! Starbucks lady Epic! Very cheerful and happy to see you! Ryan at Front Desk always helpful and there daily! Great attitude! Enjoyed outdoor spaces and flavored infused water in lobby. Clean- good housekeeping. Location Perfect for exploring beaches, etc.

Disorganized hotel that will 'misplace' your possessions and then refuse to reimburse you for them despite acknowledging
Housekeeping moved out and lost my possessions (thinking I wasn't staying another night). They acknowledged the issue but said they're not responsible for any property loss (even if it was they who were at fault) unless I'd handed property directly to the front desk. Essentially you should not leave any items in the hotel room because the hotel staff could misplace them at your loss. I totally sympathize with what was likely an honest mistake of the housekeepers, but am surprised the hotel refuses to replace or reimburse for any items they lost, large or small.
