    This should be the property you book!

    At every touch point at the Marriott Marina del Rey the staff rises to the occasion. It could be opening the passenger door for the ride that picked me up (it was not their car valet), to the Starbucks server, the front guest associates to the room cleaning staff. With the outstanding location, well-maintained property and the awesome staff who understand that guest services is a throughline with every associate, we highly recommend this property and we will return!

    Major rip-off

    I won’t be back: no airport shuttle, no self park, $57 valet parking, internet doesn’t work, and a $30 “Destination Fee.” Total ripoff.

    Great Experience

    We had such a great experience at the Marriott Marina del Rey! Denise at the front desk gave us the warmest welcome and made check-in super easy. She even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake and card — it made her so happy and made our stay extra special. Thank you, Denise, for your amazing service and for making our visit so memorable!

    Spacious Room & Great Gym, But Service Fell Short

    We stayed at the Marriott Marina del Rey for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was spacious and the city view was a highlight. We also appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude of the valet staff — they were consistently friendly and helpful. However, several service issues affected our stay: • Housekeeping: My room was never cleaned throughout the entire stay, which was surprising and disappointing for a hotel of this standard. • Breakfast at the M Lounge: The coffee machine was broken all three mornings — a small thing, but frustrating when starting your day. • Room Setup: Even the welcome screen on the TV displayed someone else’s name, which made the stay feel impersonal and poorly managed. The gym, on the other hand, was excellent and easily the best part of the hotel experience. Overall, for the price we paid, the value just wasn’t there. A few basic service improvements would make a big difference.

    Endless alarm testing fail

    Nothing says service like an alarm blaring endlessly with almost no warning for twenty minutes when you are trying to lead zoom workshops in your room. How about you give guests a heads up and a clear timeline so as not to cost them business?
