I got robbed on the beach. When I reported it to security they threatened to kick me out. I think security is involved with the robberies. They claimed the beach is public and they have no responsibility...really sad. A guy named Dijon was the one I think is bringing robbers to the beach because he claims they have no responsibility...

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaritaville Vacation Club in St. Thomas! The grounds are beautiful and the whole resort has such a fun, relaxing vibe. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the golf cart drivers were always so fun and quick to get us around the property — we never had to wait long for a ride. Also, don’t miss the buy-one-get-one drinks during happy hour… they are a must! We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

Bad experience
Horrible service. No housekeeping services. Wyndham home office tried yo fix it and couldn't. 18% gratuity tacked on everything. Kelly taxi service tried to over charge us. Tony at Kelly taxi should be avoided.

Not a 4 star hotel. Bad service.
We were told this was a 4 star hotel. After the first day the room was not cleaned no fresh towels. When we called the front desk they informed us there is no house keeping. Only upon request. They dropped off a bag of towels. We requested the room to be cleaned on day 4 but were told no. They do not provide that service. We would not have booked here if we had known. The restaurant service is horrible. No wonder you automatically add a service fee of 18%. Otherwise there would no tips. We went next door Sun and Sea for meals. Thank goodness they are at the resort next door. The concierge tried to charge us $80 to go to Redhook. She must have a deal with a taxi because the taxi out front said it is $8 per person. The desk staff is rude. Then they tried to sell me a timeshare. I didnt come for a sales pitch. I came for vacation. Which did not live up to expectations. Would not recommend staying here ever.
