We had an absolutely amazing time in this resort! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Amazing service, thank you all for making our experience in Mexico so memorable! Special thanks to Carlos Cilia who looked after us every time when we visited either snack bar or restaurants! Amazing food and amazing service!

So awesome we are coming back
We were in the 4th floor with the infinity pool. The room was spacious with a fun vibe. Very clean. The view from our balcony overlooked the grounds, pool and ocean and was so beautiful at sunrise. Armando and Isaac were our butlers and went above and beyond in service. They were also alot of fun and made sure we had everything we needed. They would even greet us some of the dinners they had made reservations for just to say hi and have a good evening. We liked the selections of foods at the restaurants. Frank and Lolas was probably our favorite as they had so many good options. License To Chill was always spot on for a snack when taking a quick break from the sun and pool. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and they were always maintaining the upkeep. The night life for us was fun. Between drinks and entertainment at the Salted Rim lobby bar and Karaoke, live music and dancing at Landshark. Oh and the best the silent dance party on Saturday night. That is a must do. The maid cleaned the room every morning and made sure espresso pods and waters were refilled. The turn down service was nice to come back to the room and it was fresh. We are looking forward to coming back in November 2026 and seeing our butlers Armando and Isaac

The professionalism and care from our Bulter, Isaac is truly outstanding. He made my visit so memorable and was absolutely amazing.

Fabulous vacation with off the charts service
Our butlers were amazing! Isaac and Armando were extremely professional and did everything to make our stay memorable. As a prestige diamond level member for 15 years they rank at the top for butler service. We feel fortunate to have had them. Ismae the pool server also worked so hard every day to service us professionally and with a smile. She is always pleasant and attentive.

Fun time
Had wonderful time. Isaac & Armando, our butlers, took care of all our needs. Took short Uber trip to Puerto Morales. A day trip not to miss. Food , rooms , pools at resort were top notch.
