We went for a week 2/16-2/23. We are prestige members & had Isaac & Armando as our butlers (we have had Armando before) and they were EXcellent! Attention to every detail and troubleshooted every little issue can’t say enough about both of them. The stay was lovely ..our room with the beach view was the best room we w ever had and we have traveled quite a bit. The wait staff.at all the places were fabulous but extra shout out to Jassiel & Roberto at Frank & Lola’s and the two Pizza makers . Little insider you can sit at the bar and order stone fire pizzas without a Rez Also Christian at the buffet..he took great care of us every morning and made sure our bubbles were always full! Rafael at Landshark was wonderful and made our romantic dinner eventful and so did the wind!! The events staff was great and hilarious Marcella, Angel & Daniel made water aerobics fun and did a 1:1 stretch class one morning with Marcella that was excellent. It is a day party place and not a late night place (which we love) but keep that in mind based on what you’re looking for and no beach which everyone comments on but good to know ahead of time. Despite a few hiccups with our membership the stay was a 9.5 and we will return

Overview
We had a lovely stay... the room was beautiful and the food was lovely... only glitch was trying to book into the speciality restaurants via the app. Best advice scan the barcode from the TV in the room and not the one on reception.... for some reason it worked better on the download in the room. BALDO the waiter in Landshark is amazing... this restaurant has great food which we only realized the day before we left... its got a great outside space for lunch practically on the beach.
