    Everyone but those at the top

    We stayed at this resort in March 2025 with our Prestige Travelers Diamond Elite Membership and had the best service ever! Our butlers Mariel and Karen gave us exceptional service and for karen for the third time!. They both solved a bunch of issues with restaurant reservations and 4 room key issues. Charley our pool butler treated us like family. Everyone except the manager at JWB made us feel welcome made sure every need was met. I am only disappointed at the head of sales/ops as he promised to remediate the series of situations we had but did nothing. We will still some back.

    Best Service Ever

    We stayed at this resort Febuary to March 2025 with our Prestige Travelers Membership and had the best service ever! Our butlers Mariel and Karen gave us exceptional service. They even arranged for us to have a shade umbrella on our private deck because we have to stay out of the sun for medical reasons. And Charley our pool butler treated us like family. He insured we had a Bali bed every day even though the resort was very full. Everyone made us feel welcome made sure every need was surpassed. We wanted for nothing! Thank you all and we look forward to seeing you all again soon! Our home away from home!

    Ezxceeded expectations!

    We just returned from Margaritaville and are truly glad that we went! It’s different than some of the resorts we visited in Riviera Maya, but I would say it’s a different kind of excellence. The resort is only a couple of years old and the grounds, the rooms, the pools, the spa and the fitness facilities are all very nice and beautifully kept . The dining options were all very good and provided options from poolside to coffee shops, casual and fine dining. We found every type of experience we wanted, from the fun and sun at the party pool to a quiet and restful experience at the members pool, our balcony and the spa. Your choice! But no question, the highlight for us was the staff! Our butlers, Armando and Enrique, made us feel at home and helped us in every way. The staff at each restaurant made us feel welcome and we looked forward to returning. Our housekeeper Mauricio, did an amazing job and we appreciated not having to fight sand in the room. There isn’t a beach but there IS plenty of poolside seating and Charley did a great job of managing it. We feel like we’ve made new friends and look forward to returning!

    Our Amazing Butlers at Margaritaville

    Our butlers, Frida and Issac were AMAZING!! They scheduled everything for us. Dinner reservations along with any changes. Kept us informed of all of activities. Made sure that our stay was excellente!! Best butler team we’ve ever had in our 10 years vacationing in Cancun area

    Great!

    Overall the resort was great! Clean, decent food, friendly staff. I am a prestige member so we had butlers at our service. Karen and Mariel (our butlers) were absolutely amazing! They made the trip even better than it already was. They thought of everything and did it for us. They made it so easy. Fresh ingredients to make cocktails in our room, arranged reservations at restaurants and special events and made sure we knew what was happening at the resort at all times. They also arranged everything for late check out and transportation back to the airport. Charly made sure we had our favourite chairs reserved at the pool with towels and delivered tasty snacks to us twice a day at the pool. Moses made great cocktails at the S.O.S. bar too. The main pool was the party pool which usually got amped up around 3pm. But if you didn’t want to party, you could hang at the other pools away from the party. Very unfortunate that there is no beach here, but we walked to the nearby beach several times at low tide.
