So far very unimpressed. Unfriendly check in. No cocktail waiting. Hard to communicate with staff. Hungry and they pointed me in the direction of a restaurant for tacos and there isn’t even tacos on the menu. Stood waiting for someone to acknowledge and seat me for about 5 minutes. Still waiting for my food after 30 minutes.

Went here with my best friend & had an amazing time. The staff goes above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable! The resort is very clean & small & beautiful. A few shout outs to some made our stay extra special; Our butlers - Karen R. & Joaquin…anything we needed they were there ❤️ Angelia our concierge was very attentive. Waiters: Erick, Marcelo & Gabino @ The Boathouse, Andi @ Frank & Lola’s, Angel & JWB Steakhouse, all the staff @ Landshark… you were all outstanding! Reyes our pool waiter always made sure our drinks were full & cold 🍹Gibron @ Salted Rim, wow what a mixologist you are & loved the Mocha Martinis…yum! Last but not least, Ana at St. Somewhere spa provided the best relaxing massage! Thank you all for making our trip so memorable. Can’t wait to come back! See you again soon Feb. 2026 😎🍹

Amazing Butlers
Resort is very nice. Gardens and grounds beautiful. Special shout out to our amazing butlers Karen and Joaquin they made everything special. Only disappointment was no beach however we made the best of it with all the pool activities. Rooms very clean.

Best experience!
Had a salsa class with Angel & Quetzel from the entertainment team and it’s amazing. It was fun for a first time dancer. They were amazing and the Karoake was awesome!! Thanks for making it so fun guys!

AMAZING STAFF
We just got back from our amazing trip to Margaritaville. The staff was AWESOME and so friendly. Huge shout out to our amazing bartenders and servers Pancho, Domingo, Noel, Luis, and Rogelio. They were so friendly, offering suggestions and special shots. They knew us by name and had our drinks ready when they saw us coming. Always with big smiles on their faces. Rogelio always had a table ready for us at Landshark and the buffet. And the activity crew were SO FUNNY! This is the first resort where I actually participated in the activities and had a blast. The morning Zumba, music trivia, and volleyball games with staff were so memorable. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Angel, Denis, and Mariel ! They are so hilarious, warm and made our trip. They created such a fun atmosphere and were so personable. We would go back in a heartbeat just to hang out with them again. -Love Jacob, Kayla, Melissa, and Logan (The Avengers)
