Spent the week of new years here with my family and boyfriend. The resort itself was beautiful. Lots of attention to detail, like aromatherapy and being welcomed with margarita popsicles (you can also get these at license to chill at lunch and I highly recommend!). The New Year’s Eve party was a lot of fun! The entertainment staff are a blast and we enjoyed the aqua Zumba most days! The food and drinks were excellent, cocktails (especially at salted rim bar in the lobby) were so much better than any all inclusive and the steakhouse was our favourite restaurant. I liked having a brewery instead of a disco for late nights. Carlos at landshark was the best! Michael at the SOS swim up bar and all the bartenders at the 5 o’clock somewhere bar were great. We had membership perks thanks to my parents so we had a butler to help us out anytime - thanks so much to Karen, Frida and Joaquin for being on top of making sure our vacation was perfect. Overall, I loved this resort and if it weren’t for the lack of beach, I’d give it a 12/10. The stairs washed away due to the hurricane but there are plans to fix them along with possibly a beach area in the future is my understanding. This isn’t in their control so it’s no fault of theirs. The ocean view is gorgeous, we had a perfect room to watch the sun rise. If you love a saltwater swim like myself, bring water shoes to make it work. Otherwise, go into puerto Morelos for a beach day like we did.

Fantastic time at Margaritaville
We had a wonderful stay at this resort and loved the excursions offered by BRX. Enrique and Joaquin were our concierges, and they did an amazing job taking care of us and making sure we were happy all of the time! Enrique really took a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and that things ran smoothly for us, taking care of dinner reservations, stocking our mini bar with items we wanted etc. Bubble baths waiting for us after dinner were a real treat! We would love to come back!!

Loved our visit
We stayed at this resort from the 23rd December 2024 until January 3rd 2025 and had a fantastic time. The rooms were lovely and comfortable; we particularly liked that the room key was on your bracelet and that you got to choose exactly what you had in your mini bar. The food and bars at the resort were lovely; we never went hungry, nor were we disappointed with any of our meals. Yes there is no beach, but you can still get into the water and there is a small strip of sand which allows you to walk along the coast line. The only thing that I didn’t like about the resort was that there were no quiet areas; if they turned down the speakers slightly at the main entertain pool it would be a perfect resort.

Starting off with the good…. The people were amazing throughout our stay. Special shout out to Isaac and Armando incredible butler duo and Carlos who took care of us at the pool! Laura who served us drinks to keep us cool and Erick who hustled every evening in the buffet. Bartenders were in general friendly and kept our glasses full. Awesome omelet station in the am! Rooms were clean and cool! Less than good… no beach (although not a surprise to us you should atleast be aware), mad rush for chairs in the am that then remained empty a good chunk of the day (I know not unique to this resort), food was average I would say for an all inclusive - seafood often overcooked, steaks lacked seasoning, underwhelmed by the tequila tasting where were expecting to learn a little more about the liquor,

Amazing Vaca!!
We loved this resort!!! It’s a small resort and everything is close!!! This was the cleanest resort we have ever been too!! Food was amazing!! We had the most amazing butler Enrique!! He was always there if we needed anything!!! Best vacation!!
