Good 4 star resort with some issues
This resort is a great resort if your priority is the bar and pools. Here are some of the cons Lack of service to rooms as 4 out of 7 nights we had no one cleaning or freshening up our rooms. Used their app to address this of which they acknowledged on app but never rectified issue. Booked in Hammock part of resort but was located in Wave(family) part of resort Beach is beautiful if all you need is sand. Water is filled with rocks so you need water shoes or have to walk a distance down the beach. Restaurants are loud and some tourists are over intoxicated pros Staff are pleasant and great to deal with Spa area is fantastic Bars are well stocked and have plenty of drinks to choose from pools are nice This resort is by no means a 5 star resort but if your looking for a fun, clean resort with great staff then this resort is for you. If your looking for a peaceful, pampered, resort with great attentiveness to detail then stay away.

Excellent family break
We stayed here and had a wonderful family holiday in August. The resort was spotlessly clean, the rooms really comfortable and the dining really good with a pretty good variety of ala carte dining which was to a really good standard and kept us going for 10 days. A special shout out to the staff who were generally excellent all round but we were well looked after most days by Kelya at pool side who was exceptional and Micheal, Rosa, Ramon and Santa all provided exceptional service which we truly appreciated. Overall a great resort and highly recommend.

Fantastic Vacation Location
Absolutely wonderful facility and staff! The hotel's Pickleball Pro, Miguel, was incredibly kind, fun, and skillful in providing us very reasonably priced private lessons that made us into competent players in just a few lessons. Joel was a engaging and fun staff member who ensured we were properly signed up for the spa treatments we wanted. Our pool server, Jeyha, was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring we always had our drinks of choice avaliable. Of note is that the resort will change names to possibly Dreams Punta Cana in the next few weeks. Overall, an incredible experience!!!

Visit to Paradise Margartiville Reserve Cap Cana Hammock
The overall facility is the best of the Prestige properties we have visited. Great pools and beach access. Food was outstanding . The commitment to customer service was amazing. If you are in to pickleball or want to learn the game make sure you stop and see Miguel on the courts. He offers very reasonable lesson rates and has a great sense of humor

Amazing Resort!
Resort Review We had a wonderful time at the resort! The service was exceptional, and several staff members made our stay truly memorable. Victor at the Compass Bar was incredibly friendly and sweet, creating delicious special drinks. Manulka, a waitress at the buffet, stood out for her fun and accommodating attentiveness. Gil at Frank and Lola’s brought humor and helpfulness, making dinners there unforgettable. Food • Breakfast & Lunch: The Beachhouse/Boathouse buffet was consistently good for breakfast and lunch. • Dinner: Frank and Lola’s and the Steakhouse were our favorite dinner spots. • Lunch Options: While the lunch restaurants offered tasty food, service could be slow, especially when ordering appetizers and mains. To save time, we often chose the buffet instead. • Room Service: Quick and tasty, perfect for a relaxing meal in your room. Cons • Beach: The beach near the resort is rocky, but if you walk a few minutes to the left (toward the Hyatt), you’ll find a beautiful stretch of ocean. • Pools: The adult pool was lively and fun, with great bar staff. Pool volleyball was a highlight, but it was only available from 3:30–5:00. Extending the hours would make it even better! Overall, the friendly staff, great food, and fun atmosphere made for a memorable trip despite a few minor inconveniences. We’d happily return!
