Review for waitress at Margaritaville in Nassau, Bahamas
The waitress Eddena at Margaritaville in Nassau was the most friendly person we’ve met in the Bahamas and was just amazing! Even though we had a huge crowed of 23 people ready to order, she stayed calm and happy and had a great personality.
Room Deposit not refunded
We had a lovely 4 night stay at One Particular Harbour and were upgraded to a suite as our originally booked 2 queen bed residence was not available. However, on checkout we were told that our room deposit would be refunded within 8-10 business days. It has been 18 business days and we have yet to receive our refund, despite several emails sent to follow up.
Restored our hope in good customer service
Chasanique was by far the best waitress/server we’ve had. She went above and beyond catering for my gluten allergy. Ensuring no bread or anything touched or came anywhere near my plate even when I forgot to ask for no bread with my omelette. My friends were sharing a meal and she made sure to split it onto 2 plates, something no one else has done so far. We almost didn’t come back to vacation cafe after a few bad experiences but due to limited choice for breakfast around we came here again and so glad we did. All my friends and I can’t stop raving about her. She deserves a raise or to be put into management as her customer service is by far the best we’ve come across going above and beyond without even being asked. The most caring and thoughtful waitress we’ve come across. Thank you chasanique for restoring our faith in customer service.

Had terrible experiences, was not going to come back until we had Chasanique!!! She was so attentive and lovely she needs a raise! Or job promotion to teach others. Best waitress we’ve had! Thank you once again
