No matter where you stay nothing is perfect. What matters is that when issues big and small happen the resort goes into action to fix it. That was the case for me and let me tell you Mr. Moreno Hernandez from the Engineering department whet above and beyond with a level of service that would rival any hospitality company. Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino still values good old customer service.

Prompt, accurate repair of room heat and AC.
The air conditioning & heat failed in our room while visiting Las Vegas. When I reported the problem to the hotel, a very courteous hotel representative arranged for immediate assignment of H. Moreno from Engineering. He arrived promptly, accurately and quickly determined the cause and repaired the AC unit. He was very pleasant, professional, neat and courteous. I enjoyed my conversation with him and my stay in this hotel.

Best resort in Las Vegas
Special thank you to guest services, we were upgraded to the “W” hotel/ resort, was so exotic, quiet, and intimate. We ate at the Seabreeze Cafe for breakfast, it was so delicious, and the service was like being on a cruise. Absolutely loved our experience! We will definitely be going back to Mandalay Bay, highly recommend!
