We had a wonderful family stay here. We stayed in a corner room so there was beautiful almost 180 degrees view of the harbor, and the renovated room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed some of the things that were included in the destination fee, such as a 1 hour harbor cruise and the nightly credit for the Top of Hyatt bar located on the 40th floor with great views. Kids can go there until 6pm so our family grabbed dessert there. The location is walkable to various restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

A must visit
The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view, which made the stay even better. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect—close to the waterfront, restaurants, and plenty of things to do. I also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool area and overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt relaxing and upscale. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had an exceptional stay and I highly recommend!
My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Manchester Hyatt. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Lauren wanted to ensure that my husband and I had an exceptional stay since it was a special celebration visit. Our room/bathroom was spotless and the mattress was very comfortable. The room had a beautiful view of the marina, water and Coronado bridge. One thing I noticed and appreciated was the fact that the toiletries were high-end and the tissues were a good brand - not the sand paper stuff you often get elsewhere. Overall, our stay was one of the nicest holidays we've experienced in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms and for the great amenities.

Service with a smile
It was our first time staying at the Grand Hyatt San Diego. We came down with the family for spring break. Hospitality begins the minute you walk through the front door. Jasmine B helped us at the front desk. She was such a blessing. When you have kids in tow she made everything so easy. Her spirit and smile can light up anyones day. We are so grateful for her guidance. It was a beautiful property. We referred other family and friends to this property because of the service. This will be a family trip the kids wont forget!
