Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

A Superb Vacation
This was my 12th trip to the Mirage to celebrate our friend’s birthday. As always, we had an amazing time and that’s why we keep on returning to Majestic Mirage. Leo manager, Elena manager and Yeimi manager ensured that we had a wonderful stay from the time we arrived at the resort to our departure. They waved good bye to us when we left. Talk about customer service!! We really feel like a part of the family. We would like to extend a special thanks to our friends at the lobby bar - Casar bartender Carlos, Jansel, Carmen , Jahany, Anneurys and Joel. Ramon at the beach bar provided excellent service! Yefferson, our butler ensured that all of our needs were met every day. He made our dinner reservations, decorated our room and communicated our requests to the various parties. Juan Portes took care of us at the buffet breakfast every morning and French restaurant for dinner. Our tables were nicely decorated and we felt really special. At the French restaurant, Mariano, Juan, Jehson, Maricela , Luis , Wilson, Martina , Sanchez provided an excellent dining experience with delicious food. Last but not least, the Massage Therapists gave us soothing massages which were very therapeutic and relaxing. I would highly recommend Majestic Mirage for your next vacation.

Lovely beach, lovely people, great hotel to stay
Travelled late November, lovely weather, constant breeze which made it nice on the beach. Beach itself is great but by the pool is nice as well. Hotel overall we were very pleased. Good choice of food and my wife has particular dietry requirements which were followed up every day by Jhon the "Maitre D", he was very helpful. Indeed all the staff were friendly and service was great. We played pickleball as much as we wanted but there were plenty of activities on offer if you wanted to participate. Perhaps a little churlish to levy any complaint but the music was either too loud, bad or often overlapping...at one point we could hear 3 different sets of music whilst eating lunch! Rooms were large and clean, bar choices and public areas good. Overall we had a great stay.

Fantastic stay, can't say enough positive things.
We came back for our third stay at the Majestic properties, and brought a group of friends with us, 5 of us in total . The stay was fantastic, the food and service was excellent, rooms were always clean and fresh. One of our group had a minor medical issue, but it was handled professionally and promptly, and we were very happy. Our butler, Lisandro was always available when asked and went above and beyond, to do everything asked. The entire staff was outstanding, unfortunately , I am terrible at remembering names. We are already planning our next trip. The food at the steak house was very good, as was the Italian restaurant, seafood restaurant was very good for breakfast as well as supper, and we always found something satisfying at the main buffet. The entertainment team , and the evening shows were always great, and showed a lot of effort on the performers parts. This property will not disappoint!
