Majestic Resorts has recently improved our kids club which is called the Splash Kids Club and offers a wide variety of entertainment for kids. Our highly trained staff will take care of the small ones needs, making this a special and unforgettable vacation.
Located on beautiful grounds with its own pools including one with slides, sport games, Nintendo’s, mini disco and TV programs are just some of the activities the young will enjoy.

Luiyin has amazing customer service! He was extremely attentive and made amazing drinks. He's the model of staff that will keep customers returning. We were able to tell him our specific tastes and he created drinks for us to enjoy.

Amazing trip!
Majestic Mirage was an amazing resort. Great restaurants and service. Butler Rosario was awesome as were the numerous wait staff.

Beautiful resort with a fantastic staff!
My wife and I had an amazing time on our recent visit to the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. The resort is gorgeous, the amenities are terrific and the staff is super friendly. Our room was nice, big and the maid service did a great job throughout the week. Keeping it clean without being in the way. We had a butler named Samuel Jackson, he was great. He handled all kinds of requests from reservations at the restaurants to setting up a spa day for my wife. He was helpful without being obtrusive. He also surprised us by decorating our room on our final night for our anniversary. He even filled the jacuzzi with bubbles and put a bottle of champagne on ice for us. We will definitely request him when we go back. We also had two bartenders that were really great. The first night there we met Franklin and he really made us feel welcome. He made us some specialty drinks that were fantastic. We literally followed him around for the first few days we were there. When he wasn't working we would go to the piano bar to see Jency. His drinks were great also and he had a really infectious personality and smile. You could tell he loved what he did and it made our evenings enjoyable. We talked to both Franklin and Jency a lot about the Dominican culture and learned a lot from them which was a bonus. The food was pretty good. The breakfast was good. The beach BBQ for lunch was tasty and convenient. Dinners were hit or miss. But the sushi bar in Kabuki was really good and the hibachi show was a nice touch. Overall the resort was better than I expected and we will definitely go back. The ocean and pools were top notch. The setup around the pools was really nice and you had plenty of room. The beach was a little small and crowded but the water was great. Also the price was very good. We booked through Costco and they provided transport to and from the airport. Had a great time looking forward to doing it again PS the shows after dinner were actually really good. Especially the Michael Jackson one

Amazing Honeymoon and Birthday
Absolutely loved the resort! Also our butler Carlos was amazing. He was there to help and answer any questions and anything we needed. I recommend 100%. I can’t wait to go back.

Another wonderful vacation
Wanted to share that we had a wonderful second visit to the Mirage. Our butler Davi took great are of us, even though we require very little it is still a nice feature to have. He checked in faithfully to make sure we were enjoying our vacation and always had a smile. A special shout out to all the staff at the Italian restaurant for breakfast. A great way to start your day! I'm sorry I don't know all their names but Jonathan and Francis are so attentive and never failed to make us laugh. Food was delicious and made to order, it should not be missed. Thank you. The resort itself is so relaxing with so many options.⁴ The staff and food at the buffet were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the Gala and Asian nights. The beach wait staff and bartenders were all great. The beach is beautiful, there was a little seaweed but nothing that mattered to us The ocean was beautiful. A shout out to Lenet (I hope correct) at the towel shack behind the parrot bar. He was another highlight of our day, just a kind and caring person He's a keeper! We also met the famous Jaun Bernardo and were introduced to his charge Jenny. All in all a great vacation. That beening said nothing is perfect and if it isn't all you have to do is mention it and it will be dealt with. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you
