9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.
Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

We were extremely disappointed with our stay, especially given the premium price we paid. The overall service fell far below expectations, and we had serious concerns about food hygiene — 9 out of the 33 people in our group experienced upset stomachs, and many restaurant staff were not wearing gloves. We also encountered two troubling incidents: 9 Doors Restaurant: Our teenage boys were initially told there would be a 40‑minute wait for sushi. After waiting 20 minutes, they were abruptly turned away and told a reservation was required — something that is clearly contradicted by the restaurant’s own website. Even after showing this, they were still denied service. The misinformation and dismissive attitude were unacceptable. Asadito Steak House: Later that evening, while dining separately from the adults, the boys were confronted by three staff members who accused them of ordering “too many” appetizers and claimed they were causing the chef to work overtime. The approach was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. The boys were left shaken and afraid to return. We submitted a detailed written complaint to the restaurant management outlining these issues, but no action was taken and no follow‑up was provided. Overall, the combination of poor service, questionable food safety, unprofessional behavior, and lack of accountability made this stay deeply disappointing. We cannot recommend this resort based on our experience.

Gary and Ana Maria at the Plaza bar were so much fun! Lots of energy and great company. Would come back just to see them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Marielis and Aricela on our last night. They were awesome.

Our yearly family vacation. First time in Majestic. We loved it.
Very friendly service. Alexander, Luis, Jorge, Grisbeily, and Eric were amazing. Nice location. Great beach. Happy we chose this resort

Excellent Holiday in Paradise
Majestic Elegance Punta Cana is our favorite. We have been there many times. Several reasons to return: -our Butler Arling who makes our visit complete. So attentive and helpful and speaks perfect English. Bonus! - Jose Maria always so welcoming. Makes sure we have an experience we won't forget! - we always get great service from our room maid and I especially like the bed turn down!! - Two things that are very important to us is cleanliness and the food. ME rates a 10 out of 10 on both! Love the individual restaurants and the buffet is always exciting!

The resort had great staff that was interactive with the guests. They made it feel like home and wanted to know about our life. Juan was great at providing service to my family.
