9 Doors Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor of the lobby and is divided into the sushi bar and Teppanyaki area. In the Sushi Bar you will find an excellent and elaborate selection of sushi and 8 Teppanyakis, with capacity for 10 people and six sittings per day, you can have a real experience of show cooking whilst enjoying Japanese cuisine.
Table Reservation are required for teppanyaki. No reservation required for the Sushi Bar.

In a typically Italian atmosphere, the restaurant Il Botaccio offers a dinner service with the best and most representative dishes of Italian cuisine. In addition, during the morning and midday, Il Botaccio opens its doors to Elegance Club customers to serve breakfast and for an a la carte lunch. Restaurant will remain open for breakfast and lunch, exclusively for guests staying at the Elegance Club (Adults only 18+ section).

We recently returned from our 10th visit and enjoyed another wonderful experience. Majestic Elegance is our home away from home. There are many reasons to choose Majestic Elegance, but the amazing staff is the asset that sets them apart. When staying elegance club, you are assigned a personal concierge (butler) to assist with various aspects of your stay. We have been blessed with the best on each and every visit— Arling! When Arling is away, we are so thankful to have Dario step in, as he is top notch, as well!! We couldn’t be more appreciative of the amazing care and attention we receive from these two. We are so thankful for the friendship bond we have formed with them over the years. Whether you choose to spend time at the beach or one of the pools, you will be spoiled with amazing care from the bartending and pool concierge staff. Bartender Ismael Castillo is AMAZING at the elegance club Swim-up bar! We love spending time at this pool bar! Near the beach, you must see another great bartender - she is Maxima at the elegance club bar, with assistance from Santa, Marileana and Angelina! You cannot forget the pool concierge staff around the resort, our sincere thanks to Walliam, for all of his good care!! When you are ready to spend time at the Lobby Bar, you must meet the sweetest server ever - Sandra! and of course, the amazing bartending crew at this location. This crew is constantly busy, but they continue to interact and engage with their guests! Love-them-all! When dining at the Hibachi restaurant, I hope you have the opportunity to meet Jesus. He was so attentive and is a very sweet person. At the Steakhouse, I hope you have an opportunity to meet Pedro, he works hard and service is exceptional. In the lobby when you arrive, depart or possibly need a golf cart ride, you need to meet Junior. We enjoy seeing him every year and he is always welcoming! The management of this resort remains top notch! Thank you, Jose Maria and Marta. We thank everyone for another amazing vacation and cannot wait to return to visit our Dominican familia!❤️

Recent trip at the Elegance
We spent a fantastic week at the Majestic from Feb 28 - Mar 7th. It was a very enjoyable time, we had our room upgraded to ocean view, which the views and the room where top notch! Food and drinks where plentiful, and always something that would suit anyone's pallet. All staff where amazing from the towel people to bar staff, they went out of there way to ensure you had a very enjoyable stay! A big shout out to Henry, our butler who went over and beyond for all our needs, I celebrated my birthday and the room was decorated and and dinner they made sure to recognize the day! A big thanks to you Henry, great job!

The facilities were nice overall. Good bathroom facilities and easy access to restaurants. Housekeeping was good. I was on the club side and that comes with a butler. My butler was Victor and he was out of this world fantastic, able to get anything set up that I wanted to get set up. Made the resort way better overall. There was good chair access at the pool though there were more people down at the beach. Food quality was overall good though the seafood that I did have was not good at all. The red meat options were delicious. Wi-Fi access is quite limited so I was not able to sit on the balcony and use Wi-Fi which was disappointing. I did not venture off property so I can't comment on that aspect of the resort.

Beach Vacation
Our time at Majestic Elegance was amazing start to finish. Checking in was smooth and checking out easy. We stayed in the 18+ Club section in a junior suite the Erickson our butler made our trip extra special thank you

Awesome vacation with wonderful staff!
We had a wonderful vacation at the Majestic Elegance resort in Punta,. Juan Mendoza was an excellent butler. He made sure we were happy and took care of any issues we had. Our beach Butlers Alejandro and Walliam we're the best! They were very friendly and helpful! They made sure we were comfy and had everything we needed at the beach. The food was excellent and probably the best of all the resorts we've visited. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed walking on the beach every day. We will be bringing our large family here this fall to celebrate our son's 50th birthday! Can't wait!
