The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are extremely large and comfortable. Our butler, Peter was fantastic and assisted us with reservations, excursions, transportation and anything else we needed. We met great people and will be back next year.

Tennis at the Majestic
Beautiful resort with great service and private beach. Also have tennis and pickleball courts. Played tennis every morning with the resident pro Yojalis - it made the week for me!! He'll run drills and/or play sets (and is tough to beat). Thanks for a great week!

It doesn’t matter if we were at the beach or the pool, she made sure we were OK please come here they give you the best service ever and ask for Lilibeth she’s great and she’s pretty!! Dec 19, 2024Average Resort - mixed bag of positives and challenges
I returned from Majestic Elegance last week, and I describe my experience as a mixed bag of positives and negatives. Positive 1. Nice beach, the sand is very soft and a great stretch of sand for walks. 2. The activities and entertainment were above average. 3. The property grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. 4. Friendly staff (not attentive). They are warm and welcoming but the majority of staff don't go out of their way to ensure guests are satisfied. Challenges 1. Food quality and consistency was hit-or-miss. The buffets serving areas were replenished frequently, and it was very messy (I did not see anyone assigned to cleaning spills and messes). 2. Limited to no knowledge and attention about dietary restrictions and allergies. The concierge prepared a letter in spanish for me to present to the staff at the a la carte and buffet areas, this was often greeted with rolling eyes or an attitude. 3. Music piped through speakers was elevator muzak-style covers of North American songs. The only time we heard Latin and caribbean music was by the live band in the lobby at 6pm.

Majestic Elegance punta cana
Had an amazing time, enjoyed the resort and staff are very friendly. Say hello at the lobby bar to ana-maria, Marielxs, Marizo, Julia, Arisela, make amazing drinks very fun and friendly. A very clean resort. Went in December for 2 weeks and will return again to this resort. The staff make the experience a great one. Thank you all.
