Dec 29, 2025It was a wonderful experience, truly a luxury all inclusive. Food, entertainment, spacious bedrooms and beautiful beach!
Best hotel in Costa Mujeres, great service, delicious food and beautiful beach. It is so spacious that you don’t feel crowds, there is plenty of room at the beach and pools, restaurants are excellent. And the bedrooms are huge and very comfortable. Will come back and recommend!

awesome check in off to a great start
I am just checking into this beautiful hotel and feeling really a warm welcome here with Roberto upgrading us to another room. And Wilder bringing us drinks from the bar. Looking forward to a wonderful experience here.

We stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres during December to mix up our holiday tradition. While the resort is visually beautiful, our experience was underwhelming and didn’t meet expectations. Check-in felt unwelcoming, and our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with heavily stained furniture and an unclean bathroom. Concierge did bring a housekeeper to assess the room, but beyond acknowledging its condition, the only solution offered was two roll-away beds. Housekeeping throughout the stay was inconsistent and often required repeated requests. On a positive note, the Kids Club team was awesome, and the beach is perfect. Overall, the resort has a lot of potential, but cleanliness and service need improvement.

We just arrived back from a great holiday at The Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. Dec18-25 ,2025 Check in had some hiccups as we didnt get the room category we paid for, which seems to be an ongoing issue at this resort. We were told our room wasnt ready as we arrived before checkin but were advised to come back at 230 pm. When we went back we were told it was ready and our Butler would be right there. We waited 30 minutes watching new people arrive and be met by their butlers , including our assigned butler . This was unacceptable and was then assigned another Butler who made every effort to change our first impression. Lalo was amazing and did all he could do to help. After 2 days we were moved to the room we paid for and Lalo was very attentive for the duration of our trip. Highly commend Lalo for being so professional and courteous. Food was Excellent and all the staff were amazing. Shout out to Liv and her staff at the Japanese restaurant who went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday week a memorable one !! She also showed up working at the Steak house and made a point of coming over for hugs and laughs . Beach was beautiful and clean but to get a bali bed or loungers you had to be at beach by 1030 am .The resort was at full capacity so that could have been the reason. Rooms were very clean and spacious. I would recommend this resort even though it started off the way it did. Definitely a 5 star and would go back.
