I would like to thank Edwin are butler 19 for taking such great care of us he's are amazing butler and I can't say enough about what an amazing time we're having at the Majestic this is are 5th time here and definitely coming back we're here now and from the beach to the pool to the restaurants and amazing staff we're having a great time thanks Majestic and a special thanks to Edwin you truly are the best....Catherine and Jim

Fun and relaxation in paradise!!
Our experience was AMAZING! My fiance and I went for our birthdays and we had the time of our lives. The staff is amazing especially Javier (our concierge) who took his time out to decorate our room with balloons for our birthdays, Alejandro and Rosana (bartenders at the pool bar near the beach behind the steak house) who went above and beyond to sing and dance and bring everyone out to make us feel special. Everything was so awesome we have already set the date to be married at this establishment next year!!

Majestic Punta Cana - 10 stars if I could! Big Kudos to Edith too
I don't post here often so here goes! Punta Cana was never really high on my to visits list, but the opportunity presented itself and I desperately needed to step off the crazy train for a week of rest, relaxation and reset. Chris and I did our homework, talked to many friends and booked the Majestic Colonial (Club for adults only) resort. Accommodations = Excellent, our room was well furnished, everything functioned extremely well and we wanted for nothing. Food = Excellent. Buffets were fresh with staff consistently checking on stations. The beach side buffet = Highly recommend the chef at the pasta station! The restaurants were also quite lovely. Chris is somewhat of a picky eater and he was impressed by the Japanese as well the Steakhouse Grill (we went 3 times). Entertainment = Daily activities were truly made for all ages = children, beach, move it, foam party, pool bingo. Loved the piano bar every afternoon around 4:30 - just the right amount of "noise" while people chatted, soft music in the background etc.. Nightly = Circus night was by far the best I had seen in many years at a resort. Very well organized overall. Beach = Plenty of chairs, beds to pick from and after walking in both directions up and down the beach (several resorts) = we had the biggest in area as well as cleanest of them all Spa = Truly enjoyed the fact that whatever treatment you booked, you also got to use the thermal area (guided) for an hour or so. Facial was great and we had booked a couples reflexology massage - Chris was snoring (again, he's the picky one so huzzah) Staff = I will preface by saying, especially after Covid, the few resorts I've visited (I won't name them), staff truly seemed to be disinterested in "Being there". Many openly sat with the phones staring at them, and I felt like I was disturbing them when I needed something. This was NOT the case at the Majestic Colonial. Greeted warmly, actual interest expressed with where we were from, attention to details, and helpful when I spoke "poquito espanol" You can see the level of service staff are taught, and the fact that many high fived each other, stopped to have jovial conversations with visitors spoke volumes. I saved the best for last: EDITH, our personal butler = Exceptional. If there was a way to rate her the highest I would. We often take advantage of butler service, and in all years of doing so she was by far the best. I was shocked to find out she had only been doing so at the Colonial for 6 months!? Attention to ALL details (like project management style), checking in virtually 2-3 times a day, running into us and again stopping to chat, see how we are doing and ensuring our experience at the resort was top notch. Our last night was truly the clincher: We went out for a nice meal, and when we came back as we opened the door there were rose petals on the floor, in the jacuzzi with a bottle of bubbly chilling!? We were so surprised we both thought we somehow had entered the wrong room?? We found a very personal note from Edith who arranged the whole thing, including a very thoughtful parting gift. There are many reasons to stay at this lovely resort: It truly went beyond any expectations, to the point that I not only highly recommend it for rest, relaxation and resets but Chris and I shook on it - already planning our trip back for 2025. If you find yourself going to this fabulous piece of heaven in Punta Cana, tell Edith Johanne from Canada sent you = YOU won't regret it!!!

The location here is amazing with incredible staff, a very well maintained location, and many activies. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made our experience one of a kind. The food is solid, rooms are great, and the staff service is impeccable. I'd return again and recommend it to everyone!

Majestic Colonial
Our experience was great! We had a nice check in and our Butler Xavier was wonderful! Made all our reservations and took care of our needs! The pool bartenders Jesus and July were great, good personalities and great drinks! The French restaurant was great and so was the manager Elpideo, and the waitress Martina and the rest of the staff, always happy to see us and very accommodating! The pool guys were great at the swim up bar Domingo and his helper can’t remember his name, so helpful with cleaning our Bali beds to great service! I would recommend this resort to everyone!
