Outdated and tardy ..deck chairs by the pool simply need.to.be replaced yet they're patching them up. A simple capital improvements yet they're avoiding it. Service by pool is poor . go to the bar instead. Extractor fan in bathrooms non existent, be prepared for lingering smells and steam. Price is extraordinary for the quality. Perhaps they're surviving from conferences and locals. Really disappointed as photos and some.reviews are very positive. Staff in general are very good.

Angel at Strong Water Tavern is incredible!!! We are in town for work and had a long travel day and were just looking for a quick dinner. Angel made our regular dinner into an incredible experience. We ended up staying for 5 hours, having smores, and truly making memories. Thank you Angel!!!

Lump of coal Falls
Please do yourself a favor…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. We spent ten grand for four nights, now home, with a wife in tears because of the experience. It was miserable. Whoever designed this hotel is an absolute moron. I honestly don’t have the energy to map out all their failures. Just trust me. You need to figure something else out.

Poor service on food, order unable to decline the tip as its automatic. on checkout day hoover woke our children at 8am and then they left a blower on in hallway until checkout vide

Dierdre Made Our Night — Above & Beyond Service!
We recently stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort as a family, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The whole place has a great vibe. One experience, in particular, really stood out. We had a reservation at the hotel’s lobby restaurant, Strong Water Tavern, and everything started off perfectly. The host greeted us warmly, checked us in, and seated us outside—which was a great setting. However, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes without a server. Thankfully, the kids weren’t too hungry, but I eventually went to check with the host. She was very kind, looked into the system on her tablet, and found there had been some sort of error. What happened next completely turned things around. Almost immediately, our server, Dierdre, showed up—and she was incredible. She sincerely apologized and took our order right away. After taking our order, she asked if we needed anything else. I jokingly said, “Only if you have cotton candy for the kids.” She smiled and went to place the order. Within minutes, our drinks and food arrived, and she kindly let us know the drinks were on the house—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. But the real surprise came at the end. When we asked for the check, she returned not only with it—but also with cotton candy for the kids! It completely made their night (and ours). That level of care and going above and beyond is rare. Dierdre turned what could have been a frustrating experience into the highlight of our trip. She is truly amazing and a huge asset to the hotel. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this resort—especially for families!
