I was underwhelmed with the Loews if I’m honest. Our room felt like a prison cell- we had no balcony so felt a bit caged in. We requested interconnecting well in advance and this couldn’t be provided. The bathrooms were disgusting. They had a horrible damp smell and in desperate need of renovation. The beds were comfy. The scatter cushions were filthy as was the rug in the room. The hotel staff who cleaned the rooms seemed miserable. The staff by the pool however were phenomenal. So friendly- couldn’t do enough. Food by the pool was good. Pool area was small and beds all on top of one another. We had come from another hotel in Miami which was superb so the Loews was a let down in comparison. Location however is fabulous. We definitely wouldn’t return.

Great customer service with amazing amenities! Very comfortable bed with amazing linen! Bright clean sunny room with a nice clean smell! Large nice TV with great sound! The hotel staff are phenomenal.

The hotel is located ideally for beach and city lovers! Nice room, nice pool and a very good breakfast. Had an issue with some extra charges (from the LOCKED refrigerator) but after many e-mails it was settled. Watch their charges at the end!

Great 16th bday Celebration for our Daughter
The experience at the hotel was perfect for our family. The location to shopping, dining and night life is perfect. The on site amenities are ideal. They cater to families and pets. Every staff member was friendly, professional and so accommodating. Food and dining services are top notch.

AMAZING!!
The hotel itself was super clean and the staff was wonderful! The room service food was BEYOND AMAZING!! We went out to eat daily but ate dinner in our room because it was so freaking good better than a few restaurants we went to! The Alfredo the wings the fries the wagyu burger everything was just amazing !!
