Dec 26, 2025Once one of the best family hotels, no more.
We reserved a new year’s vacation six months ahead, having stayed at Loews twice before. A week’s vacation in the sun. Unfortunately, we did not know that the hotel had recently completed renovations - and clearly rushed to reopen. Our room smells like wet wallboard. There are no shades in the bathroom, in spite of being exposed to other windows across the way. We literally bought paper and tape, and papered over the window so no one else could see in the potty. All in all, a disappointing experience.

Great hotel with amenities, right on the beach, and right next to iconic Ocean Drive. Perfect location if you want walkability.

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended I am a regular guest at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, and the service is always outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional, and truly attentive. A special thank you to Mr. Stenly Jeannot from the Security Team. We accidentally left a Louis Vuitton item at the hotel, and thanks to his honesty and efficiency, it was quickly found and shipped back to us at no cost. This level of service is exceptional and greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue to stay at Loews Miami Beach and highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience
Beautiful hotel and Beach Beach staff is excellent. Bobby on the beach very attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back. Pool area very clean and relaxing. Also, a great pool.staff.
