    Don't book here unless you want the run-around

    I booked my stay with Live Aqua almost a year ago. We fly all the way there, go to check in and are told "Our room is not available and we would be relocated to another resort". We were then told that "It was actually an upgrade" the new resort (which we knew nothing about and were never notified of any changes. We had booked the highest room level at Live Aqua and that was the primary reason for staying there. We were told we would be receiving a comparable room at the new resort. I won't name that resort because honestly I don't think they played a part in this. We got to this resort and were given a room on the 5th floor. This was in no way comparable to the room I had booked at Live Aqua. At this point we had wasted a whole day away so we slept there. In the morning I contacted Expedia and they had no idea we had been moved. The whole thing seemed very sketchy. Expedia was amazing though. They paid to relocate us once again to an amazing resort. So I was very thankful for that. By this time once all was said and done almost 2 full days were lost. This seemed to be all done at the Live Aqua level so again this felt very sketchy and unprofessional. I would think twice before booking this resort

    Compton St Bar - Ivelisse

    Ivelisse at the Compton st bar is the absolute best!!!! Sairy, Nansy, Wilin & Carlos H are amazing as well!!!!! Go see them!! This resort is beautiful & staff are incredible!!!! so personable & kind. They remember you & love to make you happy!!

    Amazing

    Yireisy, Yohan, Brain, Red, and Jesus are the BEST animation team at Live Aqua Punta Cana! Their energy, positivity, and professionalism made our trip unforgettable. They kept everything fun, engaging, and full of great vibes every day. Truly the heart of the resort’s entertainment — thank you for an amazing experience!

    Great business trip, highly recommend this place. Service and food is great, better than expected. Bryan and red are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
