Great week at Live Aqua Punta Cana. Very clean. Good food. Good drinks. Excellent service! The highlight compared to the other resorts we have visited was the amazing staff that really made a positive impact on our vacation. Special thanks to Rosa for starting our day off with a smile in the coffee shop, Mercedes for good laughs at the bar, Juan for great conversation and helping us relax at the Spa, and Leftali for always making sure we were enjoying our food and beverage! If there is one area where this resort could improve (from our perspective) it would be with the evening shows. The presentations were below the standards we had at other resorts in this price range and the sound quality seems to be poor quality (loud but not great quality). Overall a great stay and would recommend to our friends. Cheers! Martin

Pure Bliss!
My husband and I absolutely loved this resort! We met some wonderful people and the service was exceptional. We tried every restaurant except for ATL and were always impressed and left satisfied. I would highly recommend Live Aqua to anybody looking for a fun, relaxing, memorable trip.

Can't go wrong by staying here. A True Hidden Gem.
Stated at Live Aqua, Punta Cana for the first time. We've been to many other resorts in the DR over the years but this was by far the best place we ever stayed. Starting with being met at the door when we pulled up, the week went spent with fantastic food and staff to the day we left. The bars all had top shelf liquor from Grey Goose to Crown Royal. Rooms - The rooms were amazing, well stocked with towels, mini fridge, robes, slippers, beach bag to name a few. Restaurants- With no reservations needed at the fabulous restaurants, your dining experience was out of this world, not to be outdone by the outdoor bbq buffet available every night. The service you were given while to dined was top notch. Jackeline was there every morning waiting us. I cant remember the guys' name but whenever we entered there was always a big smile, hello, wave. Beach/Pools- The beach was ok but we are more pool people. In regards to the pools the main pool was loud (music) but always places to sit. Not reauiring a towlel card was a nice tough. You can just go up and grab towles as you needed. Our highlight was the 4 infinity pools which were always quiet where you could realx. Karilenny was always there to serve you at the pool with her smile, laugh and remembering what your favorite beverage was. You could even order food at the pool. Entertainment- Having gone to many other resorts in the DR this was by far the most fun. The evening shows were good with a different variety every night. like circus, rock band and of course a Michael Jackson show. They had an indoor theater and an outdoor area where they did the shows. There was always a DJ and dancing afterwards too. Staff- I cannot express enough about how amazing the staff was from the servers to entertainment. Yeury was always there for us in the evening when we needed a drink. She would go out of her way to make sure our glasses were always full. The entertainment staff made you time there the best. They were always looking to make sure you were having a great time day or night, whether it be dancing or just giving you someone to talk to. All the staff was great but a few jumped out. Red for their out there personality and Bryan for his dominos lesson. Apparently he taught me too well since I beat him 11-9 in games. He was not pleased (joking) but I made sure I told all the staff. Then there was one staff members in particular that made our entire trip, her name is Pricila. We met her on the first night and and she became an important, part of our trip. I'm honored to say that we left there with a new friend. We shared life stories, pictures and smiles. We were always greeted with a huge smile and a hug. Even if we were across the room she would make her way to us and make sure we had everything we needed and a place to sit. She always asked how our day was. She is the gem of Live Aqua. In conclusion I cannot find anything negative to say. We will definitly be going back to Live Aqua.

Winter escape
Resort was well taken care of, staff was welcoming and accommodating, great food and great service. More outdoor activities (bean bags, shuffle board, etc) would have been nice.
