We had such a wonderful time at Live Aqua beach restore. The food was INCREDIBLE, the location - especially the cabanas and easy access to the ocean was perfect and most important the staff made our experience 10/10. They were kind, hospitable, warm, funny and went out of their way to make us feel special. Most notably: - Josue, he helped us with our cabanas and always made sure we had towels, drinks, we were comfortable and taken care of. He always had a smile on his face and put one on ours. - Yuleisy, one of the kindest people we met. She went out of her way to make us happy every day. We went to Mira Flores restaurant everyday just so we can see her. Her service was 10/10, professional, complementary and kind. Our trip wouldn't have been the same if she wasn't there. Seeing her everyday was so nice. She would always make us special drinks and make good recommendations. She helped us with dinner reservations too. - Yohangel, was so funny. Every morning we saw him, he would sing a song to us and make a joke - but still make sure we had our coffee cups filled and bellies full. He made us laugh and we felt very alive when we saw him. Great stat to our day. - Eric and Danielito, they were our main point of contact for the trip. Always gave us a daily itinerary and checked in on us every day. They also helped us make reservations and brought us things to our room when we asked. They ensure we had all the info we needed. - Manuel and Angelo always greeted us with a smile and outstanding service at the restaurants and bars by the beach. All staff was excellent - even those not mentioned above. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for making our honeymoon extra special!

Great stay in the fuego suite
This place is amazing it was very relaxing and the staff was very attentive it was clean and has quite a few activities whether you want to party play games or just chill. We will definitely be back Alexander our butler was top notch and spoiled us rotten Joel the waiter was amazing Francis the restaurant manager treated us like royalty and Julian at the pool bar made our drinks the same every time Red from the entertainment team made us feel like family and never failed to say hello. We had the best experience and will definitely be back

Good food and Great friends.
Everything was great. Food was good. Service was excellent. Everyone was so welcoming and fun. Beach was amazing and the staff was so nice. Special thanks to my friends on the beach staff. Josue,Raquel and Angelo. You made my trip the best. Also thank you Red for bingo. Thank you Alex for making us feel at home.

Amazing time in paradise - so sad to leave!
We stayed at Live Aqua for 2 weeks in early December 2024. We stayed in a swim up garden suite which was amazing, room was spacious, very clean and the minibar was kept well stocked. Special mention to our butlers, Danielito and Eric, they were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The lasagna at Sospiro is delicious, would 100% recommend. The entire resort has such a good vibe, the staff are friendly and so helpful and everywhere is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. If we could have bottled the scent in the lobby we would have, it’s incredible. The only negative feedback we have is on the timeshare sales pitch, we repeatedly told the concierge staff that we weren’t interested and eventually attended on our 7th day to stop them accosting us on our way to breakfast every morning. As soon as we attended we told the sales person that we weren’t interested and left but it still took up an hour of our morning on holiday which did annoy us. Overall a very fun and relaxing stay, would 100% recommend to any one looking for an adults only all inclusive in Punta Cana.

You must stay!!
The best experience you will have. Overall, I did not want to return home. The stay was exceptional. View was beautiful and free upgrade and entertainment was top tier! Definitely will return. This resort is a small piece of heaven and you will feel so relaxed and enjoy all the amenities they have to offer.
