Worst hotel experience of any hotel worldwide. Booked a 2 bedroom sky suite for a birthday concert and celebration several weeks in advance. We were not allowed to check in until 7pm due to the room not being ready. This is 3 full hours after normal posted check in time. This completely ruined our experience, however management is non-existent at this place. They didn’t care whatsoever and thought they could make us feel better with an extra hour the next morning. They do not answer the phone or emails. Emailed manager Hadi Daou and received no response.

Mar 20, 2026Great Location, Poor Execution: Multiple Security and Service Issues
The hotel has a good location, but I will probably not stay here again. The rooftop cinema blasts music until 10 pm between movies, there is no latch bolt on the door to the apartment, there is no lock on the door leading to the balcony, the curtains in the living room / kitchen are only slightly opaque so you can still see through them, there was garbage in the hallways that stayed there for multiple days, the couches had visible stains on them, and the pre-arrival checkin was on a terrible platform that was malfunctioning - it took me over 5 attempts to upload my ID and selfie and to virtually sign the acknowledgements and then I had to do it in person upon arrival. I'm not quite sure what the purpose of doing it online is if you have to also do it in person - highly inefficient and redundant. I asked and I was told that online is for corporate but in person is for the onsite hotel, which is ridiculous - invest in a platform where you don't inconvenience your guests and waste their time.

Perfect Downtown LA Stay for Families - Spacious Suites, Amazing Amenities
I recently stayed at Level Furnished Living DTLA Olive Street and it was the perfect setup for our family getaway. Traveling as a family of three with a competitive tennis player, rest and recovery are incredibly important, and this property really delivered. The 2 bedroom suites are exceptionally spacious, which made a huge difference for us. Having separate living and sleeping spaces allowed everyone to relax and recharge without feeling cramped. One of the biggest highlights was the full kitchen and in-suite laundry. Being able to cook simple meals and wash training gear right in the suite made the stay so convenient, especially when traveling for sports. The amenities are incredible and truly elevate the experience. After long days, coming back to a comfortable suite with cozy linens and flat-screen TVs in every room made it feel like a home away from home. If you're travelling with family, staying longer than a typical hotel visit, or simply appreciate space, comfort, and thoughtful amenities, I highly recommend Level. It’s an ideal place to stay in downtown LA. They are also in many major cities so look them up. They are our new go-to. Can't wait to stay again!

Feb 13, 2026Good location & great amenities. But the cleanliness was two thumbs down.👎🏼 👎🏼 such a disappointment.
The place size is great, the dirtiness ruined it. There was hair ON the plates in the cupboard, there was mold in the toilet that you can’t miss when you sit at the kitchen table, we had a moldy shower curtain, the tub & the hot tub were slimy and the smell when you open the washer door will turn your stomach. Not the business for over $700 for 2 nights.
