À Great stay ;? And enjoyable. Till 2025
A wide room is possible even in Paris. We reserved a spacious room for a 10 day staying and we did it right. Enough space to have two big bags and a carry on still able to move around. Two chairs, frigo, microwave. The service was good. The lobby comfortable, the coffee excellent to get warm — outside very cold. Umbrellas // details count!!

You had better like cold showers!!!
We were at the hotel for seven nights. Unfortunately, we experienced only one hot shower out of fourteen opportunities. The hotel failed to provide any satisfactory solutions. The breakfast was fine, and the hotel’s proximity to the Metro was convenient. So not a total disaster.

There are better hotels in Paris.
Maybe if this was the only hotel left in the city, I would stay here. I wanted to have a beautiful time in Paris but all the time and energy spent going back and forth with the hotel staff was so frustrating. This is not the experience I was expecting to receive from a 4-star hotel in Paris even as a Titanium member (the highest level) of their loyalty program. The first room I was in: the chain lock was broken, there was a chunk of the door ripped out, there wasn't even a bath robe or hair conditioner. Luckily they were able to move us to a second room, but then the second room was still missing a bath robe, basic amenities, and even the utensils for the kitchenette. We only received these items after asking numerous times - over the phone, at the reception, to the staff. We finally received them by our final night. This is the kind of service that makes what could have been a magical time just a quotidian horror. And to spend that much money for it? It's simply absurd. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. Paris has so many other lovely boutique hotels to choose from.

We loved this place.
We were not sure about this hotel at first as the lobby was just ok. But we ended up loving it. Our room for 3 was spacious with a large bathroom and a great coffee maker. The best was the breakfast. Absolutely delicious food. A great assortment of fresh pastries and hot food and all kinds of cold cuts and cheeses. The location was great. There is a lovely courtyard and everything was super clean.

I'd return to this hotel again.
Husband & I visited Paris with Globus Tours in mid SEPT 2024. Stayed at the Les Jardins Du Marais and were pleased with this comfortable experience. Rooms were lovely with operable windows and location is in the Marais accessible to many activities and shopping but retaining a neighborhood feel. The breakfast buffet was pretty hectic & chaotic but the food was very good. Hotel staff was lovely & spoke English well.
