  A mixed bag of a hotel!

  A very mixed bag of a hotel. The check in process was woeful - 25 mins and people being told after they had been in line waiting that the person was going off on break so go and start again. Some of the people working here were heroes and others couldn’t care less. No one on the Elite check in desk in was driving Bonvoy’s top customers mad. The non renovated rooms are tired with peeking chairs and tired fixtures. The good things - the lobby common space was plentiful which s not always the case and the location was good - sits on major metro and RER lines. Overall though it falls short on the Le Meridian standard and their front of house management needs a refresh.

  Horrible Noise!!!!!!!

  They are renovating the hotel and do NOT disclose the room they assign you is right next to where they are drilling and renovating. After complaining to management all they say is we have been renovating for months. Do NOT stay here

  Nice stay

  I enjoyed my experience at Le meridian paris as a titanium elite member I would like to thanks the professionality of the staff especially the assistant quality manager Abdullah who made our staye even more enjoyable

  Good hotel for a work stay

  I stayed here for work and I’ll likely return. I discovered some refurbishment was happening after booking so I wasn’t expecting a great stay. However, I was worried for no reason. The reception was moved a few feet into the hotel but it was clearly signposted and the doorman guided me there. That was the only inconvenience from the refurbishments. The room was very nice and clean and breakfast was good though they could offer a wider selection. The location was central to everything I needed to do. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d stay again.

  Excellent stay all around - no negatives at all - great staff

  To be honest I was hesitant to book here due to some of the reviews. We had a total of three rooms, for a small family reunion for three nights. Everything exceeded our expectations. Check in was friendly, professional and very helpful with all our requests. I was recognized as a Marriott Elite member. We were provided with renovated rooms on the 8th floor, temperature control was perfect, hot water, internet, everything working perfectly. Rooms were clean and welcoming, a bit on the small size (as all rooms in Paris) but extremely comfortable and with very good sound insulation. Breakfast was amazing, with an egg / omelette station cooked to order, all manners of breads and hot and cold buffet. We also appreciated the 6:30 to 11:00 AM breakfast time every day including weekends. All in all a great location, you can walk from Porte Maillot RER / metro inside the Palais des Congres, and just cross the street to the hotel. Definitely coming back on my next trip. One last word on the staff, whether breakfast, reception desk or housekeeping, amazingly friendly and helpful.
