    Bonjour!! I am not sure why this hotel has mixed reviews! We had an amazing experience! The hotel is in a prime location, immaculate clean rooms, great hot breakfast and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. Everyone was exceptional! The concierge staff was personable and helpful! We definitely recommend this hotel!!! You will not be disappointed!

    Just an average Paris hotel

    I have been coming to the same conference for the past 15 years across the street at the plais de congres. It was always overpriced due to the proximity. I gave it a try this year. The lounge is under construction which i didn't receive any notification, they tell me it has been under construction for over two years. Must be some kind of restoration, not just a simple renovation. The rooms were very average and very far from the elevator. The services were very average except for the doorman who was very friendly and always willing to help. This place probably sells out during conferences anyways so they probably dont even care. Very average hotel with price surge during conferences.

    Top service & location

    This hotel has a very good location, lot of restaurants around, metro, bus, tram; I come since more thy 15 years and find it very practical; Staff also very nice, today Selma and Thelma did the best to provide me one of the most silent for a good sleep, after a very turbulent flight from, which prevent me to sleep and before my flight to Singapore tomorrow ! Thank you Selma and Thelma for such understanding and big kindness !!

    Very close to the congress center - and Triomph Arch

    It is a huge hotel, so personalised servvice is not expect - but my check in was actuallly with a personal touch. Rooms are quiet, beds are fine, there were not electricity sockets at both sides of the bed. Bathroom OK. Buffet breakfast is OK - but compared to the size of the hotel, they should have been able to make a little more interesting breakfast.

    A mixed bag of a hotel!

    A very mixed bag of a hotel. The check in process was woeful - 25 mins and people being told after they had been in line waiting that the person was going off on break so go and start again. Some of the people working here were heroes and others couldn’t care less. No one on the Elite check in desk in was driving Bonvoy’s top customers mad. The non renovated rooms are tired with peeking chairs and tired fixtures. The good things - the lobby common space was plentiful which s not always the case and the location was good - sits on major metro and RER lines. Overall though it falls short on the Le Meridian standard and their front of house management needs a refresh.
