    Great place to sleep in Paris

    This hotel is exactly as advertised. It worked great for our family as a place to sleep - but otherwise we spent no time in the room as we were experiencing Paris. It’s a bit dated and a little run down. Otherwise it was clean, felt safe, and everyone was kind and courteous.

    We only have dinner in LM restaurant Very poor experience Food was to fatty ; service was poor We did not recommend this restaurant It is a pitty because the place is so wonderful but not used appropriately Hope modifications !

    Friendly hotel in a great Paris location

    This hotel is staffed by very friendly people! It is in a fantastic location, just a fre steps from the metro and a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

    Not hotel for loyalty bonvoy members

    I am an ambassador level at Bonvoy group I message the hotel 24 hours before coming to hotel for 8am check in they said no issues . I just arrived at the hotel . “No room available till after 3pm” The worst Hotel in Paris . I travel over 100 nights a years in last 20 years I will advise to stay away from the lower service bad hotel (it’s always under construction) the only reason I stayed here because it’s close to my office

    Lovely hotel with wonderful staff

    I really love this hotel because of its location , it’s clean rooms ( just remodeled) but especially the staff!! Special mention to Lynda the nicest , helpful and always smiling server in the breakfast area who helped me during my stay navigate my food allergies and really brightened my day .It is people like her that make travelers not only comfortable but remember the hotel and want to return .
