A Great New Resort With Many Diverse Food Offerings
Resorts World is a world class resort in Las Vegas on the Strip. Home to many great amenities, from a gym that offers free oranges, to a modern Asian food court, Resorts World has an experience unique to itself. Resorts World has 3 hotels inside, including the Hilton, the Conrad, and the Crockfords. My family and I stayed in a 2 queen room on the 19th floor at the Hilton at Resorts World for 1 night in December 2025, using 65,000 Hilton Honors points, including resort fees. Out of 5 gentings, I feel the Resorts World Las Vegas earns 3.5 gentings. Now onto the pros and cons of why the Resorts World got 3.5 gentings. Pros: 1. Modern, Immersive Feeling - The 1st pro is the modern and immersive feeling of the resort. There’s a very dynamic sphere near the Strip entrances of the hotel. The hallways felt very new and clean, all with unique character. 2. Variety of Rooms - The 2nd pro is the wide variety of rooms and experiences. Resorts World has 3 different hotels within. The Hilton tends to offer the lowest priced room out of the 3, then it’s the Conrad, and finally, with the most expensive rooms, is the Crockfords. Each hotel has a unique character and feeling to its hallways. 3. Clean Room - The 3rd pro is the clean rooms. Even at the Hilton, I felt I was staying in a semi-luxury room. The room was very clean and was very easy to locate everything inside. 4. Close to Cheap Eats - The 4th pro is the close proximity to cheap eats. First, there is a large Asian food hall. For those like me who love eating Asian food, Resorts World offers a wide range of Asian food and eateries, including pho, claypot rice, ramen, and more. Second, there are many cheap eats right across the Strip from Resorts World, including 2 taco places, a pho place, and more, places hard to find in the center of the strip. 5. Kind Staff - The 5th pro is the kind staff. From the day we checked in to the day we checked out, the staff were excellent. One staff member happily guided us to the check-in area upon arrival while housekeeping immediately delivered the extra towels and glass upon request. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to give us a free upgrade to a deluxe view room. 6. Large Variety of Pools - The 6th pro is that The Resorts World has a great number of pools of different shapes and sizes. The pools can be accessed from the 5th floor of the Hilton. Now as to why this hotel did not earn 5 gentings: Cons : 1. Location - The 1st con is the location. The Resorts World is far from the center strip, located in a part of the strip that is not as live. While it is just a 5-10 minute walk from the Encore, the Wynn, and the Fashion Show Mall, there are several sketchy pockets close to the hotel. 2. Unable to Access Other Guest Floors - The 2nd con is that hotel guests are unable to access other guest floors in the hotel. As a guest, I found this con pretty frustrating. As someone who likes to walk around and explore, I enjoy going to other floors to check out different theming and areas of the hotel. As a Hilton guest, I only had access to my floor (the 19th floor), the 5th Floor POOL, and the 66th floor. 3. Unclear Parking Signage - The 3rd con is the unclear parking signage and locations. For those new to Resorts World, there are 2 separate parking garages, one for overnight hotel guests and one for non-overnight hotel guests. The signage was very unclear, with the garages titled “Self Parking” and “Hotel Parking” respectively. My dad and I almost walked to the wrong garage, thinking ‘Self Parking’ meant overnight guest parking. ‘Hotel Parking’ is for overnight guests whereas ‘Self Parking’ is not for overnight guests. The hotel can use a lot of work in making the parking signage a lot clearer. 4. Not All Plugs / Ports Were Functional - The 4th con is that not all of the plugs and ports in our room were working. This limited the number of plugs we could use to charge our devices. 5. Limited Room to Store Belongings - The 5th con is the limited room and space to store our belongings. There are only 2 drawers in the entire room to store belongings, including 1 with a safe. The safe only fits around 3 computers. Overall, would the cons prevent me from staying here again? No, they would not prevent me from staying here again. The food hall has many great offerings and even a taco place. Most of all, the staff were always kind and made our stay very pleasant. I would for sure stay here again and would like to try one of the places in the Asian food hall some day. Overall, great job Resorts World!
