I wanted to point out the kindness and efficiency of the shuttle driver Mr. Ruben Trejo, who after we realized we forgot one of our suitcases at the airport, drove us back immediately and helped us with the local police to find it and drove us back to the hotel. Gracias Ruben!

Muy Bien
From the driver that pick us up at the airport to the front desk, room service and the staff at the restaurant every thing was on point. Thank you to Ruth and Arturo from the restaurant. Their service was impeccable. The cheff was very accommodating to my kids dietary needs.

Hotel and restaurant
The hotel Is ok, close to the airport. Shuttle service is comfortable to get in and out. We visited the restaurant, pleasant surprise of good food and very attentive and kind service of the waiters Miguel Bernache and Alejandro. Overall good value for money

People better than the facilities. The reception was awesome. Great start, however, rooms smell very horrible of smoke. Gym is decent, but ready for new equipment. Room attendants, busboys, waitresses are top notch. Restaurant has good food....but.... we had a group of 10 and our food was wrong, over an hour wait and some of very poor quality. May not return .....

Excellent service from Francisco, Fernando, y MariCarmen! They made my mother and myself feel so welcomed! Sweet people
The best customer service and attention to detail that I’ve ever experienced! Francisco is professional and his politeness was refreshing! Fernando y MariCarmen were great as well. Others in the service industry could learn from them!
