    Great hotel central to Vancouver BC

    I enjoyed this hotel. It seems that it caters more to conferences, business meetings, and casino guests. The hotel staff is very friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was a suite, so it was very large with 1 1/2 bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. The main hotel restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. I didn’t have any issues while staying at the hotel. The spa was wonderful. I booked a 90 minute massage. It was wonderful.

    Check this place out!

    This is a great hotel to stay at when visiting the Vancouver area. The service offered by Maychelle Sia during an urgent matter that occurred while staying was beyond incredible! Maychelle exemplifies incredible hospitality qualities and could teach a class on how to deliver incredible service. The room had a very clean feeling to it which was really comforting. The restaurant in the lobby has a unique vibe to it and has some nice food options.

    Amazing staff and location!

    We have been to Vancouver several times and this was our best stay in the city. We were so impressed by the friendly staff that was so welcoming. The location and view were amazing. But most of all, the staff were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend!

    Very good , well located hotel a few mts from downtown Vancouver

    Friendly service, good infrastructure, restaurants and even a casino under the same roof. Well equipped fitness, and large executive lounge for those with access. About 15 mt walk from Robson street downtown and Gastown, well located. Just missed a pool…

    Quite disappointed

    I stay in a lot of Bonvoy Premium hotels and this one was a disappointment. Recognition of the highest level of Bonvoy status is overall poor. Very stingy with commensurate room upgrades and late check out. No pool. Small outdoor hot tub. Very good fitness center. Lobby restaurant is a bit tired and needs a menu and decor review. Level of service was mediocre. It doesn’t really deliver. Location is interesting. It has some water views and it’s in an area of attractions. But it is also a sketchy area of the downtown. I think their proximity to attractions makes them feel confident they will always be busy - regardless of levels of performance and service. And they may be right. Not sure we will return.
