  Luxury hotel

  A very beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely, and the pool area is stunning. There are excellent restaurants within the hotel, and the staff are outstanding in every aspect.

  Best recommend hotel in Dubai

  The ambience, people, staff are so kind and care. The location is very strategic and close to Dubai mall and Burj khalifa, so it is accessible. The room attendant always kept my room clean, especially Sai, Rabin, Shahin, and Subhadra. Sai is the loveliest one, because he always give me a doll towel handmade. I feel seen. The food is so amazing. Everything is on point.

  Dubai Marriott Marquis and staff create loving memories

  Yes, war broke out just as I was about to leave. In all I spent eleven days there. I can't say enough good about the staff, the property and all the support I received. My initial stay is memorable in ways that I hope to return one day. The 12 restaurants provide many ethnic choices. The Executive Lounge has daily treats from breakfast to late evening. Mostl its the staff that will live in my heart and help to erase the horror of the war impact. I absolutely loved Dubai! I have worked and traveled globally and this journey helped me to see the world in ways I never have. As the tallest 5-star hotel globally I even enjoyed my daily ride to the 67th floor!

  Spacious Luxury and Exceptional Staff at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, and it was a very enjoyable experience overall. Since my first visit, I fell in love with the place, which is why I decided to come back again and stay with them together with my team. Returning to the hotel showed how consistent their service and facilities are. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the breathtaking views from the rooms, especially overlooking the city skyline. It creates a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, both during the day and at night. The bathroom is also well-appointed, with a good bathtub that adds to the overall comfort and experience. The amenities are complete and well-maintained. Guests can enjoy access to the pool, sauna, and gym, which are great for relaxation and staying active during the stay. Everything you need for a comfortable visit is available. Another thing I appreciated is the variety of restaurants available within the hotel. There are many options to choose from, and the food was consistently delicious, making it convenient for guests who prefer to dine inside the hotel. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4 stars, but I would gladly give 5 stars to the team and staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. I would like to give special recognition to the check-in team for their smooth and welcoming service, as well as the housekeeping team for their efforts in maintaining the rooms and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. The location is also very convenient. The hotel is near Dubai Mall, close to a metro station, and provides easy access to many of Dubai’s well-known landmarks, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one. I would still recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future. As a small suggestion, I would kindly recommend that the housekeeping team continue to double-check everything in the rooms before new guests arrive and ensure all areas, including the pool, are always thoroughly cleaned to further improve the overall guest experience.

  Exceptional Hospitality and a Perfect Birthday Experience—A Truly Five-Star Stay in Dubai.

  Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai was truly special. My husband, my sisters, and I spent seven wonderful days celebrating my birthday, surrounded by kindness. Amir welcomed us warmly at check-in, and Angélie, the Guest Experience Team Leader, not only made my birthday unforgettable by surprising me with rose petals, Dubai chocolates, and a framed caricature in our room, but also went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was always on top of everything we needed, ensuring that my sisters and I felt truly cared for at every turn. When my mobility scooter broke on day one, the engineering team was incredible, helping my husband and following up until it was fixed. The breakfast at Kitchen6 was one of the largest I’ve ever seen, and all the restaurants on property were amazing—delicious food and wonderful experiences. Across the hotel, the service was completely five-star. Though we didn’t catch every name, we thank the whole team for making this a trip of a lifetime.
