    Unbelievablely personable

    JW Marriott Marquis Dubai has always been my selection of stay in Dubai, business or leisure, due to the location convenient to major business hubs and less troubled by traffic. The atmosphere is terrific with staff always friendly, smiling, attentive and caring. The executive lounge on 37th floor is such a great hangout to relax after long and trying day. The food variety is memorable and staff is excellent. Angellah and her peers in the lounge are wonderful, making business travrlors like me feel at home and appreciated. I look forward to my next stay!

    Great Choice + Delivers

    The hotel is big and busy but works well. Excellent management + execution. Lounge is great with multiple food+drink choices. Gym is useful as is the pool. Staff is delightful and very helpful towards helping you get things done. Rooms well sized, immaculate and well appointed. Hotel overall is a pleasure. Downsides? None really though be advised where the hotel is located, traffic can be very intense getting from entrance which exits to Al A'amal. getting to intersection of Al Khaleej is only a couple hundred meters but during rush out is a 30 minute tie up.

    The staff at the executive lounge is always social - Ajmair earlier, now Ajim / Dipshika & the team always take care!

    A perfect location with outstanding views of the canal/Burj & quite close to the airport/Dubai mall…As always, the staff - both house keeping/In room dining & social mention for the executive lounge team!

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and had everything we needed.
