  Good stay, amazing buffet

  • Stayed for one night at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai • Overall experience was very good • Convenient location, close to most major attractions 🛏️ Rooms • Rooms were spacious and comfortable • Well-maintained and suitable for a premium stay 🍽️ Dining Experience (Highlight of the Stay) • Had the lunch buffet on arrival day • Excellent variety and an impressive spread • Enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning • Equally amazing in terms of quality and options ⏰ Check-in Experience • Early check-in was not available • Had to wait until around 2:30 PM to receive the room • This was the only downside of the stay 🤝 Service & Hospitality • Service quality was excellent • Staff were professional, courteous, and helpful • Overall hospitality met expectations ⭐ Overall Verdict • A solid and reliable choice • Great combination of location, comfort, and dining • Definitely recommended

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay – Executive Lounge Excellence

  Our stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai was exceptional, but what truly elevated the experience was the Executive Lounge—and especially Arfat. From the moment we walked in, Arfat made us feel genuinely welcomed. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, remembering preferences, anticipating needs, and always greeting us with a sincere smile. It wasn’t just great service—it was personalized hospitality at its best. The Executive Lounge itself is fantastic: beautiful views, excellent food and beverage offerings, and a calm, refined atmosphere. Thanks to Arfat, it felt like a home away from home rather than just a hotel lounge. JW Marriott Marquis is already a world-class property, but team members like Arfat are what make it truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to him and the entire lounge team—we will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.

  Exceptional Guest Service

  We have been staying at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai for over a decade, and it never disappoints. During my most recent stay, as Titanium and Lifetime Platinum member, I was delighted to be upgraded to a wonderful corner suite. The breakfast at the restaurant and the evening offerings at the Executive Lounge were both excellent, with high-quality food and great variety. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the entire team—especially the front-line staff at the Executive Lounge. Their professionalism, genuine care, and outstanding work ethic were evident throughout our visit, and they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our sincere thanks to Kamrul, Areta, Mahendra, Ajim, Arfat, Amith, Jan Freida De Leon, Dickson, and Sayooj for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate your efforts and hope to see you all again very soon. Kind regards.

  Hotel was great

  It was a great experience in jw marriott hotel The staff were extremely professional, responsible, and genuinely kind. Their warm attitude made our experience unforgettable special thanks to dear jamil,ani and room service anant. They surprised us for our first meeting anniversary, The room was clean and spacious and also the bed was comfortable the breakfast had various items for all kind of tastes the food of kitchen 6 and positano(the italian) was delicious The pool water was very clean, and the services and view were excellent

  Amazing!!!!!

  I would like to do 2 shoutouts to puja on floor M It was my last day and she offered mango ice cream that was made by hand in person. I appreciate the gesture, thank you! And another massive shout out to Muhammad Tayyab who ensured my check in experience was professional and met all the standards Thank you so much to the whole JW Marriot team! See you all again!
