It was a lovely stay, as always! I have food allergies, and Chefs Fredy and Rodane took amazing care of me! They made sure I had delicious dinners every night.

Great Trip
Our experience at JOIA IBEROSTAR JA exceeded expectations. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff is attentive and welcoming across the board. Travis, the concierge in the lobby, stood out for his kindness and professionalism. He gave excellent recommendations and was always pleasant to interact with. He truly adds value to the guest experience.

I recently stayed at JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar for a few days and had a great experience. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. A special thank you to Rashida Williams she was so sweet, professional, and welcoming. She truly made my stay even more enjoyable with her kind and attentive service. I would definitely return and recommend this resort to others visiting Rose Hall.

Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
