As ever this Hotel is excellent this is our 22nd time having been when it first opened The staff are great particularly Tiziana who always makes our stay feel like we are coming home

Brilliant Christmas and New Year
We have visited this marvellous hotel on several previous occasions and when we decided to go away for Christmas and the New Year for the first time, it was a no brainer which hotel to choose. We were not disappointed. The hotel was beautifully decorated with a magnificent tree and numerous decorations throughout. They even changed the colour scheme between Christmas and New Year. Heaven knows how many poinsettias they used in the gardens, restaurants and reception areas. On Christmas Day we received a magnificent presentation box of locally produced soaps and scents in our room. In the evening there was an excellent buffet in the Mirador restaurant, which was followed by excellent entertainment in the bar with The Shakers. On New Year’s Eve there was a lovely champagne reception with the hotel’s management followed by an excellent gala dinner. The dinner was followed by a band in the Tosca bar. Party packs were given to everyone so we could see the New Year in, in style. Throughout our stay the wonderful staff went above and beyond to make everyone’s stay memorable. It is very hard to single out individuals but we must mention the brilliant Tiziana who seemed to be everywhere as well as Patricia who helped us by sending the the holiday programme before we left home so we could plan our stay, and making our dinner reservations. The waiters in the restaurants were really helpful, especially Yiorri, Carlos, Gilberto and Ivan. Also, Roberto, Camilla, Stephen and Jesus in the Tosca bar provided excellent service. Finally, must mention Amilkar on the egg station at breakfast who even remembers our eggs order from previous visits. We had a great time and are booking again for Christmas 2026. Can’t say better than that!

Fabulous hotel with amazing staff
Another fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing and couldn’t be more helpful particularly Diana Tiziana and all in reception. Breakfast at El Cenador is an entertaining experience grazie Davide. La Pergola restaurant by the pool is also excellent with great service The entertainment in an evening is brilliant particularly Elvis. We stay in a star prestige room which is superb and access to the balconada is great with premium wines and spirits available as well as lovely light lunches. We have already booked for next year

Exceeded our expectations
This was our first visit to Tenerife and after a recommendation, to this exceptional, adult only hotel with friendly and attentive staff. It is an oasis in a great location with well maintained gardens, sea views and a heated pool. The quality and choice of the food at both breakfast and dinner is outstanding and for someone with discerning taste, I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

5th visit and counting, better each time!
We spent a wonderful week at the Iberostar in early January. The sun, relaxing atmosphere, food and hotel facilities were a great antidote to the first week of the new year in Scotland! As always the meals were excellent, enjoyed the Cenador and the buffet. The level of service and attention to detail are extraordinary. Many thanks to Tiziana, Diana, Goshen (sp) and Davide in the Censor for a wonderful week
