General Policies & Fine Print
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Spring Break Policy - Bookings in the months of March and April will be subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum age requirement for check-in is 18. One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in.
- Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. of the remaining nights.
- In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behaviour or cause physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Danilo our butler was great , the best without doubt, every day he sent us the itinerary of all activities and made sure we were doing going and enjoying our time here, also he pampered us with a nice surprise in the room, he definitely needs a rise, this hotel is a great place to be we will be back

Wonderful week in paradise
There is nothing bad to write about this hotel in any shape, form or fashion. We have stayed here multiple times and are members of the club. We started coming here in 2018 and the staff and resort have become our family. Most of them know us by name and we know them by name. Each trip is met with the same quality and experience you would expect from a hotel/resort of this level. Our butlers for the week, Eduardo and Chester, were nothing short of amazing and always made sure there was nothing we lacked. The Prestige Club staff are top notch and make sure every detail is accounted for. The food at the restaurants is top quality and you never leave hungry. The shops are very nice and the Spa is so relaxing. Rosa who checks you in at the Spa always greets each person with a smile and remembers your name. The staff at this resort always have a smile on their faces and speak to each person. Shows that are held at night are high quality and the first night we were there was the first Queen Tribute Show and it was AMAZING !!!!

Excellent experience at this hotel! The staff was amazing, especially our butlers jose and Valentin, as well as the beach staff at star prestige, augusto and mayarei. I cannot wait to go back! The hotel itself is beautiful and kept very clean

Best experience on Dominican Republic
We took a belated trip for my 50th Birthday and it was an amazing memory. The personalized attention from our butler Julio and his backups Armando and Houston were fantastic and very attentive to any request. The Dominican restaurant excellent, try to meet Brandon and Tomas at lobby bar

Beautiful property
Julio was AMAZING! Anything we needed, he made it happen! He and the team (Armando & Houston) were on point! He coordinated my husband’s 50th birthday surprise and it was fantastic! Highly recommend you ask for them….you will not be disappointed.
